We have been using Emmanuel Cleans for over five years. Every time they clean for us the work is exceptional! We have had them clean our home as well as deep clean our busy cafe. They are prompt, friendly and work very hard during the cleaning time frame. I highly recommend Lorena and crew!

I don’t know how this company ever got on a recommended list. They will schedule service then leave you high and dry to pay exorbitant costs to your property manager. Do not call them. You will be disappointed.

I really wanted to have a better experience with Miguel and Emmanuel Cleaners but it was among the most frustrating and exhausting experiences I’ve ever had. For those using this referral from RPM for rental services - BEWARE. As a “recommended referral”, Miguel was eager to book, promised good prices, and seemed friendly enough, but when it came time to execute the quality service he promised, things when south quickly. While the ladies cleaning our property seemed friendly enough, the service did not meet specs for our inspection and we were fined upon move out for their unfinished work. Miguel did not communicate at all with us when these issues arose and we brought this concern to his attention — Instead of talk with us, the customer, he blocked us, upped our price from $720 to $800 and handed it over to the property management company to deduct from our deposit with ZERO consult, communication, or reason for the increase. It took nearly 2 months to get our money back and when I finally got in contact with Miguel he was offensive and incredibly immature, escalating far quicker than expected, calling names, and shouting over the phone. Not how we wanted or expected this service to go and we were incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and poor communication put forth by Miguel. I recommend anyone be careful before booking with him.
