Nick and his team were great! Very professional, friendly, and thorough. They answered all of our questions and made the process of purchasing a new heater and AC unit painless. I really appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave trash laying around. We will definitely being using Cool Ducts for any future needs!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST. This was the 3rd company this summer to come out after my house being over 85⁰ all summer. He was going to change a pump when he noticed mine was simply unplugged and no one else had caught it. He easily could have not told us that and charged for the new pump. But he was honest and after months of sweating indoors everything was fixed! He was so kind, knowledgeable and reliant. Will definitely be using him for any other AC/heat needs!

Our furnace was not keeping up and we called in a popular HVAC service. They were out at two different times and $800 later they told us we needed a new unit. We were referred by a friend to call Cool Ducts and we are glad we did. Nick did come out twice but the 2nd time he came out, he found out the problem and we have been 100% satisfied with the results for less than $300.

Nicholas did great! Cool Ducts was called in for a second opinion through our home warranty company. The first opinion left us with a lack of trust and a lot of questions. Nicholas came in and spent time doing a thorough inspection of our furnace, listened to our concerns, and was a great partner through the process.

Nicholas and Cool Ducts were amazing. He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. I'll definitely be calling them again if I have any HVAC issues.

This company just keeps delivering on every visit. Friendly and professional when explaining what needs to be done and presenting options for how best to approach what our HVAC system needs. Plus just found out that our unit is so old, they’re one of the few that still work with the refrigerant.

Nick was great - came out after hours to replace a blower motor, and gave our system a little tune up as well. Can’t recommend Cool Ducts enough.

This company is amazing. They're very kind and polite. They are very fast at scheduling you as immediately as possible. I was amazed at how important they made you feel and how considerate they were. Of how important are situation was with 4 young children. They knew our situation was that need immediate attention, and that our whole boiler system needed replacing in our home ASAP!! With cold weather approaching fast we needed it as soon as possible!!.... They were clean and did no damage to our home and I give the credit for the small space. They had to work within. Which was our laundry room's closet area. They let us know what they were doing. Every step of the process and they hid nothing from us. This company is amazing I highly recommend it. To any.

What's super polite (Nicholas Torres and his helper, Kris) and the office staff was super amazing and we're there for anything. We needed 24/7 hands down. The best company you could ask for and trust me. We had over 12 if not, more heating and cooling companies come in and give us quotes. And look at our boiler system most were scammers just trying to get more money but this company is there for our family and there needs not the money. And this by far was the best of all of them thanks for everything cool ducts!!!!!!

I needed my AC fixed, so Cool Ducts sent out someone to get it sorted within a day or two. His name was Nick, and he was so helpful! I was given a time frame of when he would arrive which was between 11 am and 3 pm. Nick made it to my place before 11 am (thank goodness!) and got the job done in about 15 minutes. Nick was fast, efficient, and super nice. Thank you, Cool Ducts!

Nick and Maria are two of the kindest people I've met, and Cool Ducts is a 1 million/10 business. Our home came with a policy that luckily put us in touch with these guys when our AC broke this summer. They are honest, empathetic people & after many headaches the insurance company gave us all, it was a quick job at the end of it all. Maria took so many calls from my husband and myself; dealt with not only an emotional lady worrying over her baby but also handled so much with the insurance company and their ridiculousness and to boot, she gave us nothing but grace and transparency. Nick drove to the drop point for this part not once or twice, but five times. He advocated on our behalf along with Maria to get the right part from the warranty people; and now, thankfully, it's been fixed. It shows how much they care! I can't recommend the Cool Ducts team enough, seriously. Our son and fluffy dogs thank you all so much once again for saving the day. ❤️

3 weeks ago my a/c wasn't cooling well on a 75 degree day. I filed a home warranty claim and was assigned Nick from Coolducts. He showed up on time, gave advanced notice of arrival, and answered all of my questions (which is a lot!) with confidence. He explained the situtation and we scheduled to have the a/c system replaced a week later. Two days later, the system died completely so we were thrilled that we had called and got on the schedule. I texted Nick that the A/C actually died completely and he was kind enough to loan us a portable a/c unit to use for my pregnant wife and I at no charge. It was a lifesaver and got us through the next week until he and Ismael showed up the following Tuesday to replace our A/C system. Again, they were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire experience. They educated me on the systems and maintenance, and cleaned up better than it was when they arrived. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, friendly, and reasonably price HVAC service. They are the coolest ducks I know for sure!

Love working with this team! They are quick, efficient and super professional! Our AC quit working in the heat of summer, thankfully they were able to diagnose the issue quickly so that we can enjoy our summer nights without sweating in bed all night!

Definitely hire these guys. They are incredible and very knowledgeable about AC and heat systems. Did a fantastic job completely overhauling my whole system and added mini splits. The job was thorough and clean and completed under the budget they had given me. When they were finished it was like they were never there and I have a whole new system that is working amazing.

We're just starting a home addition project, and the A/C unit had to be moved from back to front/side yard. It was no small task, building new lines through the intended crawlspace, under the fence and placed in a discreet spot. Nick persevered in the 98F heat, finishing up at 8:00 tonight. Very professional and definitely knowledgeable. Tested our A/C, and it worked perfectly!
