Dylan arrived right on time & checked my furnace. He was friendly & knowledgeable. He gave an honest assessment of my furnace and what to look for with its performance in the future. He didn’t do anything unnecessary-I was glad I called this company.

Excellent furnace service.
Isaac did a very thorough job of doing a winter service of our furnace. We like to keep our HVAC system on a service contract so we know our system has been checked every year and is working the way it should. But we dropped our last contract with our last company because of the way their technician behaved on the last visit.

I like to watch when the service is being performed and the job Isaac did compared to our previous services was much more thorough. It gave me more confidence that the furnace would be working properly for the rest of the season.

Isaac took the time to go over with me what he found with his service. There were some miner issues but he said he was comfortable with just keep an eye on them rather than push for some sort of repair. The efficiency, knowledge demonstrated, and thoroughness of the inspection gave me confidence in his judgment.

Such a lovely experience! Scheduling was super easy and we got a text when our technician was on the way. Chris A. was so kind and spent extra time with us showing us how to change our filters and work our humidifier, we are new to having a home so this was such a great bonus from him! Would definitely work with this company again :)

Our technician, Chris, was fantastic. He was thorough and honest with us. He explained everything to us and I didn’t feel pushed to buy anything, which makes me want to continue using Long Heating and Air. Very patient and I didn’t feel rushed as he answered our questions.

Longs came to my property quickly to give me a quote for the job. They sent me the quote back promptly. They performed the job shortly afterwards. Their quote was much better than other quotes that I received. Their work was excellent, and everyone I talked to was very professional and extremely nice. This is the first time I have used Longs, but it won't be the last. I highly recommend them!

I so appreciate Long Heating and Air! They replaced my air conditioner in 2023. And today, Mike, Chris and Dillon replaced my furnace. They are always professional, patient and on point with their knowledge. I trust them 100% to be in my home, even when I am at work. We first utilized their services upon buying a new home and have since used them for all of our A.C.And heating needs! This company is very reliable dependable, they get the job done and at a fair price!

We had a good experience. They were booked through our property manager since we rent. They were friendly, put up with our tiny barking dog (sorry), and went out to look for a part to fix our attic fan and came back in an hour and fixed it!! So glad we have a working attic fan since it will help keep our home cooler. Thanks!!
