We have used Oztek for all our commercial needs at the comfort inn north in fort collins. There staff is very educated and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. The have fixed our freezers , refrigerators and even our pool equipment. I have also used them for some residential projects because i trust there work and judgement.

Steele was a great Tech. Very nice. Very Professional. Steele explained everything that he did to the fridge to me. Steele was extremely knowledgeable and defiantly knew what he was doing. Great personality.

OZTEK repaired our Dectron dehumidifier. Julian was very professional, knew exactly what had to be done. There was no wasted time, the repairs were done correctly, there were no hidden cost and all work was explained in detail. OZTEK even called after all was done just to follow up on the operation of the machinery.
It was a genuine pleasure to work with such a professional company. If I need similar services again, I will not hesitate to call OZTEK. I could not have been more satisfied with any other company.

We needed help with our refrigerator at the First Congregational Church the service we had was no longer in refrigeration. Abner did a efficient and great job. The refrigerator was back working in a short time he had the part needed in his stock. The Oztec sticker is on the refrigerator for future references thank you Abner.

These guys know what they are talking about! I had Oztek come out and check out my business where I was having serious difficulties with an inline humidifier. They were fast to respond, made sure I had everything I needed, talked me through regular maintenance, and even checked up with me several times after they visited to make sure everything was working out! Ryan and Daniel came out today to check my ac. They called ahead which I highly appreciate. They both were kind professional and very thorough. I've never seen or heard of technicians checking so many parameters of a ac system before. I use to manage a fleet of refrigerated trucks so I know the difference between a good or bad hvac technicians.
