Richard Byro came out to look at our furnace. I knew it needed some work. Within a few minutes he diagnosed all of its problems. Very knowledgeable, professional, and overall great guy. Unfortunately, the cost to replace all the parts would be about the same price as getting a new one. The old one is from 2006, so its about time to upgrade anyway. Richard worked with me to get a reasonable price and answered all the questions I had. We set up for a new installation next week.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Basset recently. I experienced a sewer backup issue, and I was very impressed by how quickly Basset responded to my call and dispatched a technician to my location.

The technician who arrived was highly professional and efficiently cleared the drain, resolving the immediate problem. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated their thoroughness in providing valuable recommendations for future preventative work that will be beneficial for my property in the near future.

They originally quoted me a price that was five times lower than the original installer of the furnace. They even gave me more of a discount than I expected.
Their installer was professional and knowledgeable and did the work quickly.
I will definitely call them again when needed.

Dane had came and worked on a leak for our master bathroom bathtub once before. Like always, he he’s very professional, Respectful and knowledgeable He took the time to explain what he was doing, and what he was looking for, and how he would make adjustments to tanks to ensure they were filled properly on the back of the toilet toilets 100% satisfied with his service and professionalism

Richard Byro came out for a routine maintenance on our furnace. He was on time, considerate and covered his shoes before coming in (without being asked) and went the extra mile to check our CO2 alarm was working properly. Super nice guy, and knowledgeable. Will absolutely call Bassett again!

Lorenzo came to inspect my furnace for the season as a member of the Basset Club. He was prompt, thorough, and shared options to optimize my system’s performance with no additional pressure/upsell. Basset installed my system in 2013 and has maintained it ever since. They are reliable and dependable service providers!

Thomas and Tim installed our new whole house water softener. They were punctual, efficient and polite and provided superb customer service. We have done business with Basset for years and years and will continue to do so. Thanks Tim and Thomas!!

Here's what I wrote up for the review of De'anna:

She was polite, helpful, and efficient. I showed her the problem, and she took a look at it, and asked me to turn the water on a little more to see how bad the leak was. After seeing the problem, she thought the best course of action was to replace the "T" joint. She installed the new "T" joint and asked us to turn the water on fully. The issue was resolved without too much hassle. Based on the water damage she saw, she offered to call a company that deals with water damage if we were interested. I'm thankful that she was so efficient with the fix and suggestion of calling a company to help with the water damage from the leak.

Benjamin Weiss did an outstanding job, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He replaced my water heater and pressure regulator within a few hours all by himself with no issues. Would definitely recommend Basset Home Services and Benjamin for any projects.

Within one hour of calling for an AC service on a Saturday, Lorenzo came out to our home and thoroughly explained the issues that are going on with our unit. He took pictures and is communicating with the senior technician who will come out next week. This family run company is absolutely amazing, and I am so impressed with the communication, integrity, and service that Basset offers! You have gained a loyal customer!

Ben is the man! Did a great job! The only goof was that when he installed the water line he didn't relocate a hose but I was able to take care of that in a minute. The office goofed a bunch and made a bit of inconvenience, kinda wish they could have given me a discount due to the amount of inconvenience. These guys are better than Awesome home services.

I called Bassett due to having a leak on the inlet for my water heater. Ben was able to come out within a few hours and get it fixed on the spot. Ben is truly amazing and professional. It’s not the first time they’ve came out to make a repair. I will be calling them from now on. Thank you Bassett.

I cannot recommend Basset enough! As part of their Pro Club they have done several heating and plumbing work for me. Today was another exceptional job well done! My AC went out in the middle of this heat wave. I called Bassett and Ricardo “Ricky” had my unit up and running within a couple of hours not to mention on a Saturday. You can tell Ricky loves his job and is very knowledgeable in what he does. Another exceptional job well done. I’m a very satisfied customer and good customer service goes a long way. Thank you!

I've been using Basset for over 20 years. They've replaced both furnaces and water heaters. They're always prompt, friendly and up front on costs. The front desk is always very nice and go out of their way to listen and accommodate. Most recently, Blake, came out to fix an issue and was prompt, wore booties, friendly and addressed the issue. I would recommend Basset.

Tim is so professional, patient, kind and knows his stuff!! I've been trying to find a mysterious smell and he hasn't given up! I live away from my home and he makes sure I am in the loop every step of the way and has my full consent on everything. He gives me reasonable estimates and goes above and beyond. I hope he will be my only plumber while he works at Bassett!!

I've been a Basset customer for just over three years. New heat pump, new furnace and new water heater. Each time, they've done a great job, passed inspections 100% and it looks beautiful. They're probably not the cheapest in town, but worth it to me for the experience. They've also been DIY-friendly.

Great service by Deann. She exceeded my expectations and she's very kind. Astrid is very nice as well. She aims to satisfy and will get you taken care of. I highly recommend basset!

Basset and Tim came through in a pinch. I had a couple frozen pipes and Tim was there quickly! He said he was there to find a solution not just see the problem. The company made me feel like I was more than just a customer.

We had some initial scheduling issues when getting this job started. But Tim was amazing and really worked to make things right and he earned my trust back. He got the job done and in the end passed my expectations. It was definitely the story of it's not how you start but how you finish. I will be calling them again the next time we need something.

He conducted himself with professionalism at all times; he was courteous, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. He took care to cover his shoes before entering demonstrating attention to detail and respect for our home.
