Ivan did a great job and responded last minute as we were trying to close on our house. We were told that we needed a new radon fan however, he quickly determined that it was the sump pump that was providing the high numbers. The sump pumps replaced, and the radon test was placed the next day we were able to close on time due to Ivan knowledge and quick response.

Ivan did a great job and the install was a lot less cookie cutter than other companies were offering. We didn't have a great spot for install but he was able to get creative so that we didn't end up with a nuisance in our finished basement. So far our levels have dropped to below 1 pCi/L
