I've had a very positive and pleasant experience!

I've had great experiences working with Schultz. Kris has kept our community looking great and has taken great care of our irrigation and grounds. If ever there was an issue, Kris would fix it, and sometime even on his own dime if caused by his team. I haven't had the same experiences as some of the other reviewers here, so I thought it was appropriate to share my own unique experiences.

The first year my HOA used Schultz they were great. Service deteriorated with each contract renewal. We changed companies for snow removal this year and landscaping next year. We paid them for fall leaf clean-up in the 2019 contract but they still haven't done it.

I have had good and bad experiences with Schultz. The good- Schultz was awarded the contract to install all of the sprinkler system, trees, grass and shrubs at our companies new building. We even gave them the maintenance contract for the first year so they could maintain everything for our 1 year warranty. We had a few live items die right away and they replaced them except for the tree in front of our building. They were easy to work with and responsive to any issues.
The Bad- We were told that they would cut off the dead top part of a tree that started to die and re-plant a new one at the end of the warranty period due to it not being the right time of year to plant. They came out and replaced the tree and within three weeks the replacement was completely dead. They refused to replace the NEW tree with a live acceptable tree, even though they provided it to us as a warranty replacement. This seems pretty shoddy for a company that we gave tens of thousands of dollars to. If they would have replaced it when the top of the first tree went bad instead of waiting, it all would have been well within our warranty period. Because they decided it was best to wait, we received a dead tree in the front of our building that they refuse to make good on. Not Happy!

They have gradually destroyed the landscape around our housing complex with their heavy lawnmowers, that tear very deep divots and ruts in the sod, and don't have bags to capture grass clippings. They just blow them around.
They neglect spots that need care and just exacerbates and accelerates the problem. They disregard people's property by blowing grass, small rocks, sticks and other debris onto people's vehicles and properties. I've seen employees sit in their vehicles parked in front of my house for 2-3 hours; I'm assuming milking the clock (no way a lunch takes 3 hours).

They don't mark after they've applied pesticides. Which I'm positive is a department of agriculture violation. As well as a health hazard for anyone on the grass, including pets and young children.

Overall, very negligent, no oversight, no adequate or effective supervision, and you can expect more damage to your property than maintenance. No one's property is safe from damage.
Do yourself and your landscape a favor and pay a little extra for someone else. You'll be glad you never knew the headache of this company. And I'm sorry if you did not heed my warning along with many other reviews of this company.

They have since cut a miscellaneous line and almost cut through another line. The lady in the office didn't seem to care. Seems like this is normal clock work for them. They still have not addressed the bare spots of the missing grass in front of the houses either.

This company has continued to destroy and damage the grounds at our community.

Hopefully your HOA, property management company, or yourself will avoid actually paying for damage to your property.

Very careless workers. Would not have them on your property unless you want to be financially responsible for all the damages that they leave behind!!!!

These guys sit in their trucks and kill time more than they actually work. I would feel bad about them ripping off my HOA but they are worthless too.

Tried to get ahold them for a snow removal bid. Their email listed on their website is bad and is rejected. I trying calling no less than 5 times. No receptionist just a list of account reps. I left messages with 2 of them. No one called back. I tried their "contact page" on their website. No one messaged back
Short of stopping by in person Im not sure how to contact them.
Ive tried email, website, and phone and no one is home.

-1 Star if I could. Apparently its the customers job to track them down to repair shattered front doors. Sub par quality company and employees. I will be petitioning for my HOA to take bids from other companies for further snow and lawn care.

Horrible company. Unethical, disrespectful, and careless. Unnecessarily creates a ton of noise in neighborhood while providing minimal results. Also damages property and fraudulently drags out work (most likely to get more money). Our HOA hires them to (attempt) take care of landscaping so I don’t have a choice but I would personally never hire them and will try very hard to get my HOA to fire them

This company hates complaints! Guess what complaints come from lack of attention to details, responsibilities and common sense ~ all of which Schultz Industries FAIL to put forth the effort. Spray weeds, pull weeds, pick up trash and make sure the sprinkler system zones are all working especially in a HOA community ... Wow what a concept! Our HOA is calling a TIME OUT due to your inability to do your job you were hired to do.. SO beware and pick another company that cares!!!

The HOA in our neighborhood uses Schultz but they are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Last night 5 guys came to shovel the sidewalks (not handicap areas or driveways) at 3am and were joking around, taking turns bashing into the snow piles on the four-wheeler and taking pictures of each other. This carried on for almost 2 hours. They were revving the engine and laughing so loud they woke my son up as well. I called the company this morning to complain and request them to come during more respectable hours and the gentleman was so rude. I offered to show him the video footage that I took, but instead will post it on FB and Next Door, as well as sharing with the HOA board. This is completely unacceptable and obvious why they have a 2 star rating.

They are horrible! We had our car sitting in the driveway parked when they came up with their snowblowers. They aimed the snowblower towards the side of our car in which all kinds of debris (sticks, rocks, leaves, dirt and whatever else was on the lawn). Our phone alarm along with the car alarm went off. We got them on video and sent it to the company so that we can get the damages fixed. The estimated that we received from Precision Auto was $3,144.46. Kris the supervisor there will not except responsibility. I have asked for their insurance company and manager name and number so I can follow up with them. It is evident that Kris does not want to make things right.
Not only that on a previous occasion I was walking out my door to go move my car due to we have had other issues with damage regarding this company and the men continued to blow dirt and debris that hit me in the face.
Their lawn mowers throw rocks and debris at our cars.
Most companies people have respect and they stop when someone walks by or drives by. This company evidently has no respect and will not except any responsibilities for their actions.
Shame on this company!!! Shame on the supervisor for not handling this in a professional manner!!!

Horrible company, construction workers damaged my vehicle while it was parked in a designated spot. No one came forward to take responsibility. I have it on video showing it was damaged by them. Owner is not interested in making it right.
