Ronnie came out last week and was so thorough and respectful. He was quick and efficient, making sure to explain everything that he found with our AC unit, replacing what he needed to. It didn't feel like it was running up to par through the rest of the week, so I called back on Monday and Ronnie was back out within the hour. He really took is time and examined everything thoroughly and even replaced our filter and another little part on the AC with no extra charge. We have an older house and an AC that needed maintenance. Ronnie was so great, we don't expect perfection from the AC but he was excellent. 100% would recommend!

This is our fourth system that A1 has installed at different properties for us. Always a fair competitive price, and timely install schedule.

We called A-1 on the day after Christmas and our office was 40 degrees. I was so impressed that Thomas arrived so quickly and worked efficiently. Not to mention how kind and empathetic he was. I will be using A-1 for not only my business needs but my personal needs as well! I will also be recommending you to everyone I know! Thank you again.

A1 provided immediate and excellent service. Their service person was at our home within an hour to replace our thermostat that was “fried” from a power surge when our meter outside was replaced. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional explaining what was needed, cost, and options. (A1installed the furnace and air conditioner in 2017). Great service from the receptionist to the service person!

Highly recommend A1 for your repair needs. We had an “emergency” repair needed with this approaching cold weather Dec 2022. We have a baby and our heating unit stopped working and the house was extremely cold. A call was made to Thomas of A1. He went above & beyond in every possible way. Although he had been working all day and it was now eve, he showed up and did not have the furnace control board we needed replaced on his truck. He had another house to service, but promised to go back to their business and check on the part we needed after that. He got it and it was quite late, but he returned and fully repaired our furnace. He was kind and professional and we will recommend this business to anyone in need. True blessing.

Had work done on my Lennox. A-1 is a well run company. From making an appointment to the tech that did the work, no problems. Friendly on the phone and showed up when Aaron said he would. Quality work and very professional.

I’m happy to give A-1 Heating and Air a great review. I arrived home from a trip to find my AC making a strange noise. Hunter came the same day and found the issue. He ordered the part right away and came back the next morning to install it. He didn’t want me to suffer through a long, warm holiday weekend with no AC. I was pleased with the work and professionalism.

Will & Cole were fantastic with our furnace install today!
The A-1 team arrived promptly first thing this morning, with smiles on their faces and ready to work!
They quickly got it installed and my heat is now cranking!
I will definitely use you all again when my other furnace decides to go!

Thomas serviced both of our fireplaces and did a great job! We will definitely have him back again and will likely add HVAC service as well. Highly recommend!

Thomas and Will did a Superior job installing the
furnace, heat pump and hot water heater.
They worked ALL day to make sure everything was working properly before they left.

Aaron and Mark installed the humidifier.

Very kind and professional staff. They are always able to answer any questions and provide me with any details or explanation needed as they were installing my new ac. Staff is always willing to work with what time and date works best for you when scheduling services and installs. It is always a positive and learning experience.

Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to me and my thoughts and ideas and was kind, courteous, and was awesome to deal with. He spent the time to make sure it was a broken part and not just something stuck in the system causing the alarm and broken system.

Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with a recent warranty repair on our furnace! Barely an hour response to the after hours call on a Sunday and installation the next day. And a great value to boot!
Will definitely use A-1 in the future

Update 2/15/2022: I will continue to rave about this company! Super fast and friendly service! They ALWAYS find the problem and have been so kind and understanding every time! The Owners are wonderful and they do a fantastic job finding wonderful employees to represent their company! I still continue to ONLY use A-1 and recommend them any chance I can get.

A-1 has always been Fantastic to do business with. We got our central A/C system installed by them and they even came out to inspect it when things weren't working right. Turns out the issue was user error but they did such an amazing job of being patient with us to explain the issue, educating us on how to better care for our system, and even made sure the entire unit was updated and running smoothly before they left. They are fast in their responses and their 24 hour service is great highly recommend A-1. We won't use anyone else!

I recommend this company and have used their service several times. I had a great experience, the person who came out was Thomas. Thomas is professional, friendly, well mannered and explains things easily. I like that he called before arriving and told me he was on his way. My A/C need a repair & check-up. Everything was explained to me & service was completed.

I always use A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning for all of my HVAC needs. They are family owned and operated, and they are honest, friendly, prompt and thorough! I was told by another HVAC company, that something was cracked and was going to cost me thousands to fix. A-1 came and discovered that what I needed was a $30 part, and that the other company was ripping people off blind. The techs are so knowledgeable I will never use anyone else. I strongly recommend A-1 Heating and Air!

I was having trouble with my furnace and a friend recommended A-1 Heating and Air conditioning Services. I had to replace my furnace and the technicians were very helpful. The price was very reasonable! I recommend them to family and friends.

I have used this business twice now to repair and tune my furnace. Both experiences have been exceptional. Both of the guys who came at the two different appointments were extremely courteous, very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. For both appointments I have had they were able to come to my home based on what worked best with my schedule and were very flexible. They arrived when they said they were going to and fixed everything that needed to be fixed without taking an entire afternoon. They explained things in a way that made me feel like I understood what was being worked on without feeling like I was being talked down to. I will continue using this company for all of my air conditioning and furnace tuneup and needs in the future!

I Love A-1! They have been my go to company for nearly 10 years. I love that they are locally owned, and they truly care about their employees! I almost always have Aaron or Thomas out at my house, and they are so respectful! There have even been times I had to let them in when I wasn't home, and I have 1000% trusted them to be in my house with out me there. There is no other company I would trust to work on my furnace, AC or Fireplace! Thanks for all you guys do!
