We have been using LHS for 3 years and have been members of their Preferred Service Program for a while now. We have called them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service and every technician has been exceptional. The service is reasonably priced and they are always above board and honest. I have and will continue to recommend them to all of my homeowner friends.

Woke up to our 1st snow fall for the winter and we had no heat! My elderly parents live with me! I called another heating company 1st and they couldn’t come to my house until Monday afternoon (today is Saturday). I scheduled an online appointment with Lion Home Service and Josh was at my house within a couple hours and had my heat up and running within 45 minutes of his arrival. He was very informative and efficient! I highly recommend Lion Home Service!

Had both furnace cleaning and check and air duct cleaning done today.
Prompt on time!
Corey and Jared were the technicians. Both were great. Very professional and courteous. Did excellent work. Explained everything.
No regrets for this company. Customer service and satisfaction are their priority!

Taylor came out to clean our water heater but instead gave me his expert opinion and likely saved us lots of money. He also went above and beyond to tell me other potential issues in my 60 year home. I feel educated and supported after my visit with him. I 100% recommend.

With my daughter having MS everyone that has come to the home has been polite understanding and have always taken their time to explain all of their duties. This is an update from yesterday's review. When running our dishwasher we would have a leak under the sink. Scott came over yesterday and snaked the drain to the main line. Last night while running the dishwasher it leaked again. Lion guaranteed the work they did yesterday and Scott came back this morning. He was here for a couple of hours, and was successful in clearing out the blockage. I'm so thankful for his hard work and perseverance in helping us! We will definitely use Lion Home Service again in the future!

I called this morning reporting that the furnace was not working at my Mom's. She is 93! A technician was dispatched right away and was at her home within 2 hrs! Gabe was great, walked us through the problems and let us know options to fix the problems. Gabe submitted dates we were available for follow up repairs, and the date is set. Gabe was great and explained everything very clearly. Glad to be Lion Club members.

Woke up to a completely clogged shower drain. I was able to make an appointment, online, before they opened. Text messages to confirm time and location of technician, made the process seemless!! Scott was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable! This was our first time using Lion Home Service but we will absolutely use them again!! We wholeheartedly recommend them!!

Excelllent: They sent a picture of the technician prior to arrival. He arrived at the agreed on time and opened the septic tank and cleaned up the area when done. His demeanor was very professional and friendly. The price quoted ahead of the operation was slightly higher than the bill. The whole operation was excellent from initial contact to final operation.

I needed a certified electrician to rewire my two light fans for remote control. Lion has such a professional. He did both fixtures efficiently and effectively in less than an hour. In my opinion, the cost of repair was a little more than I thought was fair. However, I feel safe now and my piece of mind is worth more than money.

Lion Home Service is wonderful! Our technician was amazing. He knows his stuff. He brought us furnace filters and when checking out the furnace he blew a fuse. He fixed it and made sure it turned back on and was running before he left. Always on time when we make our appointments also!!

Lion Home Service and in particular Taylor Longwell did a great job on servicing my tankless water heater. Very professional, fast service and great explanation of the fixes and why. Would highly recommend!

After several failed attempts at clearing my clogged toilet, Lionel Home Services came to my rescue. They were here within 3 hours of my call and unclogged my toilet within minutes. My technician was friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will recommend them always.

The technician, Garrett, did a great job installing a larger ceiling fan on a 15 ft. ceiling. I would recommend Lion to my friends and family.

I just want to say that I was incredibly impressed with the Lion Home Service Team, especially my technician Lynn G. We currently live in a camper and had one of our valves fail on us while we were trying to empty our waste tank and there would have been no way for us to fix it without pumping the tank out. Lynn had never done anything like that before in a camper, but he stayed until we found a solution and helped as much as he could. I am so thankful for his help! I will definitely call them if we ever need help again!

I am so extremely impressed with the service I received today. I requested the special pricing for drain opening and then requested for a camera inspection of my septic drain pipe. The person providing service today is the actual department manager filling in for another tech. I got the royal treatment today and I'm just delighted to have such an expert evaluation at such a reasonable price. My system was serviced by Mark Lancaster and I'm so very grateful that I was granted his expertise.

The experience with Lion home service was excellent. I called this morning because my furnace stopped working and they sent Josh out a couple hours later. He was very nice and efficient. He explained everything in detail and showed me pictures to prove what he saw. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

So far been an excellent experience, technician Mr. wolf was able to verify that control dial was bad on hot water heater and that the water pressure was way to high, technician installed high pressure relief valve and installed water heater same day, his complete honesty is why I allowed him to complete the same day install, knowing I had suspected both ongoing issues myself.

Lion Home Service took care of my plumbing needs quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly! Andy did a great job replacing my old toilet, old leaky anti-siphon valve for my sprinkler system, and rusted-in busted shower cartridge. He offered multiple fixes, gave advice on what I may be able to do myself to save money, and diagnosed another issue I had with a sink that was backing up. Tyler also came out and took care of my drainage issue for the sink in a very timely and efficient manner as well. Both gentlemen were very thorough in checking over their work to ensure the problems were taken care of. I will not hesitate to go directly to Lion Home Service for any additional services I may need in the future.

I am not sure what the others are complaining about. We have had nothing but great service from Lion for the past 3 years. They have provided us electrical, HVAC, and plumbing services and have always been very professional and polite. They explained what needed done and why, and how much it was going to cost. I highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.
