We purchased a home several years ago that was in need of a complete remodel. We were blessed to be referred to Tom at the beginning. Being able to rely on him for all our plumbing challenges has not only made the many projects so much easier, but also fun. Tom has relocated 2 water heaters, replaced 5 sinks and faucets and patiently planned and plumbed our 2 bathroom remodels which necessitated relocating existing plumbing. He made our visions a reality. Most people cringe when they need to call a plumber. For us, it brings a smile because we know Tom will do outstanding work in every way and he's such a joy to work with.

Tom and his crew were incredible. Leading up to our appointment Tom was very responsive and cordial in answering our questions. On our appointment day they arrived on time, were very courteous, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Ridgeline Plumbing!

Tom did a great job replacing a basement-level sewer line or me. He was able to start the job quickly, finished the job in one day, and was very responsive to questions & concerns I had. I bid the job with several plumbers, and Tom was the most reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Tom and Lloyd have done several projects for me in the past couple years and have always done a great job. They are quick to respond, explain what's going on, and are fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

They had an incredible workload due to the deep freeze and busted pipes over the last week so we were happy to only have to wait a day and a half for a plumber to come out. Both Kathleen and Shane were friendly and helpful.

Communication could be better and they could have set expectations better but I still give them a high rating for their service, professionalism and fair pricing. I want to give a shout out to Tony too. He is a very amiable and professional person. I’d have him do all my plumbing work anytime.

I selected Tom Austin’s plumbing company, Ridgeline Plumbing, to resolve a hot water problem in my home. The service was immediate and clearly more interested in solving my problem then two larger companies I had contacted. Tom discussed my problem with me in plain, understandable conversations on my first contact and promptly followed that with an estimate far better than his competitors. Tom resolved my problem, as promised, in a very short time.
The other two larger companies required appointments to send junior plumbers that were much harder to communicate with, made much larger estimates, and did not promise prompt service.
I would, without hesitance, recommend Tom Austin and Ridgeline Plumbing.

Tom was by far the most fair priced and his work was excellent. He was always on time and cleaned up after his work. I appreciated that he talked my husband and I through the work that was going to be done in detail and took an interest in our project to make sure he met our needs.

Tom and team were very professional and ensured we understood the service every step of the way. He also ensures that the lowest-cost method is employed and won't charge you for anything you don't need - I can't imagine going with another plumber!

Ruined our cabinets during install of a new bathroom tub. Did credit a discount for the damages but then they failed to fully install fixture (based on the brand/style they recommended for us to buy). Then wanted an additional trip charge to finish the job because it’s “kind of a pain” to do when he fully admitted they did not look even look at the new fixture during the initial install.
