absolutely fantastic! that's all there is to it! before the proper installation of the central a/c, furnace, and 50-gallon water heater with an automatic shut-off basin, i had been consulting with jerome for three years. the reason for this was my constant indecisiveness. however, when i finally made up my mind, jerome was right there, even when other businesses had ceased responding to my inquiries. this is what i define as stellar customer service! on top of that, they are a family-run operation that has been providing hvac services in highlands ranch since 1878. truly incredible!

early in the day, i reached out to perfecttemp heating, air & electric, a local ac repair service in highlands ranch, for a quick fix on my ac, although it wasn't a critical issue. to my pleasure, they picked up on the second ring and the amiable woman on the line took down my information. she asked if she could call me back in about 15 minutes once she had looked over the schedule. true to her word, she returned my call promptly! we arranged a service appointment, and jerome was scheduled to arrive at my place within a 2-hour window, from 10-12. precisely at 10:08, jerome contacted me to let me know he was there. he promptly addressed the problem and did an excellent job! i would strongly endorse perfecttemp heating, air & electric and will definitely contact them again when needed!

walter and blake came to our residence in highlands ranch today to upgrade our outdated, inadequate ac system. they arrived promptly at 8:15 sharp. they required access to our attic and were thoughtful enough to place drop cloths from the door to the stairs to protect our flooring. both of them worked tirelessly and made sure to clean up before leaving. our new ac system is working beautifully! impressively, this bigger and more efficient system operates much quieter. we are very satisfied with the ac repair service and its exceptional team, walter and blake.

Fantastic Full-service HVAC Company! We were dealing with a rodent issue in our basement. The critters had infiltrated our crawl space, damaging the insulation and making a hole in our HVAC ductwork. What a disaster! We got several companies to provide us with estimates, only to find out that none of them could address all aspects of our problem. That's when we decided to call PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric. They were the only one who offered a comprehensive solution. They have a specialized team, headed by Frank, that dealt with the rodent problem, identified all their entry points, and installed wire mesh effectively to avoid future invasions. Interestingly, Frank was the only one to discover that the rodents were getting in through a hole near the city's water line, something that four other professionals missed! In a seamless and well-coordinated effort, another team from the company then took care of the damaged insulation. They removed it, replaced it, and also took care of the vapor barrier. Lastly, they replaced the damaged portion of the ductwork, leaving our basement clean and orderly. The price quoted by PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric was surprisingly lower than the estimates we received from other companies who were only going to address the rodent problem and patch up the damaged HVAC ductwork. Those other companies expected us to find someone else to replace the insulation and vapor barrier. PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric, on the other hand, did the entire job efficiently, professionally, and within the promised time frame, all for the quoted price. Their staff, from Curtis and Blake who answer the phones, to the management team, to the technicians, and even the billing department, are all genuinely nice and highly skilled individuals! If it were possible, I would give them more than 5 stars.

I had an incredible experience with the replacement of my new AC system. I reached out to them on the 4th of July and, astonishingly, they were there within an hour. The team, including Frank and Blake, were immaculate and highly professional. I highly recommend their AC repair services in Highlands Ranch.

PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric, a seasoned company, installed a new heat pump and ductwork for us. Initially, we had issues with some areas not receiving air, for which they suggested a ductless system, which we didn't need prior to the new installation. However, Jerome from PerfectTemp was able to fix the ductwork issue promptly, even in a tight space, that the previous company wouldn't address. We were dealing with high indoor humidity, even on sunny days, and it was worse when it rained. The majority of our ductwork was either poorly insulated or not insulated at all. There was no mastic tape used to seal any joints or runs, and the boots were not insulated, leading to water backup. This caused a constant water drip under the house, even during the summer. So, we hired Curtis to fix and clean the ductwork. For two years, I was waking up sneezing and dealing with allergies. After Curtis fixed and cleaned the ductwork, I haven't had any issues. The previous company acknowledged their subpar work and offered to cover half of the repair costs. They suggested we wait until summer to evaluate the humidity situation, dismissing the indoor humidity problems. On a warm day, while cleaning and mopping indoors without the AC running, I decided to try it out. The indoor humidity was at 63. After turning on the AC, it rapidly dropped to 48. Using the dehumidify setting on the AC, which was only supposed to drop the temperature by a few degrees, resulted in a 4-degree drop and it was still running at full power, making the house uncomfortably cold. I plan to keep you updated about the humidity and the AC's performance this summer. If you need new installations, ductwork, duct cleaning, or are experiencing similar issues as I did, I highly recommend PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric. They were friendly, professional, and not at all pushy. During the inspection, Santiago took photos of the situation under the house and provided recommendations for fixing it. Some urgent repairs were needed, which they handled immediately, and they returned promptly to complete the rest of the work. After two years of calling the previous company about these and other issues without any resolution, I am so grateful I reached out to PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric.

Frank provided excellent service with regards to our HVAC system. He was professional and took the time to explain the cause of the leak. He showed us where and when the condensate should be drained from our HVAC system. Moreover, he demonstrated how to restart the system if the pilot light goes off.
