Les came out to my house today to fix my garbage disposal and turns out it didn’t need to be replaced! I like the fact that Les is honest, upfront, and reliable with his plumbing services! I would highly recommend Les!

I highly recommend Les. He has responded rapidly twice to plumbing leaks that we have had at our house. He has been very responsive, responsible, and does great work. We have also had him come out to do non-emergency plumbing work. If you need a plumber, call Les.

Les did a great job fixing plumbing that had clearly been done by an amateur before I moved in. He gave an initial estimate based on the inspection report and revised it when he showed up and got a better look. He was able to troubleshoot everything and never pushed to do more than the job required. Ultimately the bill came out to less than the estimate and he billed me honestly.

These guys are nothing short of awesome. They’ve been my go-to plumber for a couple years now, and are always prompt and courteous and charge fair prices.

Recently had a pipe burst. Called them at 7 am. They were done with the work by 8:30 am. Blown away by how fast they were able to help us out. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Les is so friendly and polite--and a great plumber to boot! So glad he was referred to us by a neighbor. Now I know who to call for those bothersome plumbing problems.

Les is honest and does a good job. He helped me on several jobs and I would recommend him.

Had a leaky valve and a big freeze in the future. Called multiple plumbing companies but either they were fully booked up or didn't answer at all. Bravo came in, was quick, and fixed the problem. Def going to them first from now on.

We had an unknown leak start last night and called to have it checked out this morning. Michael came and was able to get it all fixed and running in a timely manner. He explained every thing through the entire process. He was very polite and professional and did a wonderful job! We will be calling again if we need any other services!

Les is amazing! We were in need of immediate assistance with two plumbing issues in our house and he responded immediately. Not only did he quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and repair both problems, he was extremely patient with our home warranty process that required phone approval before proceeding. Les is great. Had a new refrigerator delivered on Labor Day and Lowes couldn’t hook up the water line. Les responded and saved the day.

I called Bravo Initiative late this afternoon and I needed someone to fix our water valve for the toilet. WOW! So impressed Michael came out within the hour and fixed us up.
