Mike and Jonathan replaced my boiler, encountering several issues along the way, including faulty plumbing from the original boiler that needed to be fixed before the new one could be installed. They worked a 13-hour day yesterday and another 8-hours today. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and tidy (even sweeping my garage when they were done). Mike explained how to manage the new system and plans to check in after a few days to make sure everything is working properly. I got three quotes before choosing Limelight; this replacement costs as much as a car, so I wanted to make sure the work was done right. I’ve appreciated the transparency from Limelight, and I will use them for future plumbing and electrical issues.

Terin and his apprentice have were so very nice and competent. We had a pipe burst with the cold snap and our shut off valve was not working properly. They fixed both issues well. We are happy! We highly recommend Terin and Limelight Plumbing!

Limelight has great communication before and after service. Our electrician really, really knows his trade. He worked to understand our 120 year old historic homes wiring. He even braved our upper story crawl space after squirrels gnawed some wires as well as some outdoor improvements. Highly recommended!

We were really happy with Robert's work in replacing all of our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. He was competent, friendly, and professional. Jeremiah and Rob, more recently, came by to diagnose a water issue in our mechanical closet. They, too, were extremely helpful. They located the issue and explained the problem clearly. They helped us to schedule what is needed moving forward. Once again, we will definitely use Limelight in the future!

I googled to find an electrician after our new oven from Lowe’s and the electrical box was not up to code. The surprises kept coming but my technicians were amazing in helping us get up and running. Limelight was able to come out same day which was excellent. Brayden and Ben arrived after I received a text from the dispatch. They were extremely professional the entire visit and were not trying to gouge me. After explaining the options, they quoted me a more than fair price and also offered to install my new oven for us….something I expected to have to do with Lowe’s. My oven looks great and the work was top notch! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Robert Turner was quick to respond to our service needs. We called and he was out within two hours to fix our hotub not getting any power. It was important to make sure it was fixed quick so we didn't have a hard freeze. He was very informative and great to work with. Seems they also have some memberships you can sign up for if you want discounts. I didn't sign up yet but highly considering it. No high pressure on theirs plans, he simply mentioned them. Everything was fixed within 20 minutes and I'm one happy customer.

Limelight saved the day! I cannot say enough about my experience with this company, or Robert T. I had a leak in my shower that was coming out of the ceiling in my basement. I called Limelight based on their Good reviews and I'm so glad I did. Robert was here within the hour. He was knowledgable, honest, and professional. He also shared how much he loves working for Limelight, and how great the owner is to all of the employees. We will definitely be using them again and again!! 10/10!

My entire experience with Limelight, from scheduling to the actual service call, was easy and positive. Both Thayne (furnace) and Robert (electrical) were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They each took time to explain and patiently answer questions. Our basement used to be one big open room, however at some point another bedroom was finished out down there ... leaving the thermostat IN that bedroom, but the baseboard heater out in the main play room. It's never made sense to us. We had an unfortunate water leak in the bedroom wall & had to tear out all the drywall this week. While we had the studs exposed, we thought it was the right time to add an additional baseboard heater to the bedroom AND separate the thermostats into the correct rooms. I called Limelight on a Monday morning and Brayden was able to come first thing Tuesday. He was quickly able to work up a plan for what we were wanting, as well as provide an EASY solution to separating the thermostats for us (we just added a knob to the play room baseboard heater instead of opening up more drywall to try to connect another digital thermostat). We signed the quote on his ipad and he was able to add the wiring for the new heating unit in the bedroom and retrofit the other heater - all before lunch time! Brayden was super polite, neat, quick, and efficient!

The person who took my call was professional and courteous, and the technician (Savannah) was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done well. I highly recommend this business. I was able to be seen within 24 hours for an issue with one of my outlets. I was given a courtesy call and heads up that the electrician was in my area and 10 minutes away. Brayden was my electrician and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He handled the issue quickly and effectively while being very personable.

I had a scheduling conflict with my electrician and he referred me to Limelight as an alternative. I called his other referrals, but Limelight was the only one to respond.

Schedule was critical as it related to installation to meet the tax credit deadlines by 12/31/2025 for qualified equipment, complicated by the Christmas & New Years holidays. I enjoyed my conversation with Robert, because despite all of the challenges with an older panel, some gymnastics to make it work, and some research, we both ended up at the same result and we had some good conversations in the background. He had a strong attention to detail and it actually mimicked my conversations with my other electrician. That alone gave me confidence in his ability to get the job done.

Called to have Trevor look at an intermittent issue, which he came up with a great suggestion to possibly resolve the issue. All good so far! During a conversation I mentioned something about an issue I had years ago and told him what the electrician did to fix it. He noted that the “fix” actually was not in compliance with code and left us vulnerable to possibly getting electrocuted. He fixed it on the spot! Trevor is so easy to talk to and he explains everything in terms that I can understand without using electrician jargon! I’d like to say that I hope to see him soon, but, not really as that would mean I have a potential issue or something that’s gonna cost me some money. Trevor and Limelight are my go to from now on. Trevor is always so easy to talk to and always upbeat and pleasant Thanks Trevor!

Everyone at this company provides the best service. From the girls in the office to the guys that come out. Professional, patient and always communicative with every step. Terin did our maintenance today and was great! He located the issue and corrected it quickly. Amazing service like always 💜

Savannah was fantastic. Effortlessly set up my new thermostat (replaced the old) including help to get everything working in the linked app. She was super nice, professional and communicated all throughout the estimation, installation and completion process. Replacing a water heater can be sometimes stressful because it may be a costly investment. Kyler was polite and patient when he explained me the options that I had available and assisted me with the purchase process. Also Terin and Robert did an excellent work in installing and completing the job in one day. I highly recommend Limelight services, I’m very satisfied with their expertise and efficiency.
