Great Company! I called because my AC unit was shut off when I got home. I noticed a box on the side with the circuit had a solid red led and the air wasn't turning on. I called Air Craft and the man on the phone was super helpful on telling me exactly what he thought it was. It was a Xcel smart saver. I called Xcel and had them turn it off and bam! it came back on. Saved me a lot of money to get it checked out. I will definitely be using them in future service and repairs!

Called Saturday afternoon when my furnace stopped working. It's very cold out, and the temperature inside was dropping steadily. He came out the same day, and ended up working late to get everything taken care of. I'm very grateful to have heat tonight. Thoroughly checked everything out even besides the repair, and had some good advice to keep everything running.

Furnace was out on a Saturday in freezing weather. Showed up in a couple of hours from calling. Went well above and beyond with some small things that were not called for and not noticed through a personal inspection Fixed the problem quickly. Overall excellent. Honest, reliable, fair prices and friendly!!

Scott recommended a heating and A/C system that solved the problems of some rooms being too cold and others too warm. Now there is even temperature and the more efficient system uses a lot less energy every month. Very happy with system and service. Thanks, Scott!

First cold snap of the season the heater wasn't coming on like it should. Would come on just fine, then not light the next time. Intermittent problem, the worst. Of course it won't happen when someone else is here. Called on a Saturday evening to leave a message for Monday morning call back, and Scott answered and offered to come out at 8pm, we thanked him but declined, but took him up on his offer for Sunday. He showed up diagnosed the problem in 15 min. Needs special part (system 20yrs old) he fashioned a temporary fix, and ordered the part. Could take weeks to arrive. 2 weeks and fix is still working on this 7° morning. Thanks Scott!

Our air conditioning went out on a Wednesday afternoon - I called Air Craft Heating right from my Google search and Scott was able to come out ASAP and got us fixed before 7:30 PM.

My furnace stopped working and Scott gave me a second opinion after another HVAC company recommended that we replace the entire system. Scott installed my whole house A/C system 10 years ago. I have him do all maintenance as well. He is more thoughtful and reasonable than the bigger companies. He also did the engineering so my system ended up working better than my neighbors who used the builder. I'm very happy with his work though some times he's not easy to get an appointment. If there is an emergency he will fix it as quick as possible. If it's more related to maintenance, you may need to be patient but his attention to detail and reasonable pricing are worth it.

Overall, Scott diagnosed my issues, addressed them with solutions and also went the extra mile by providing helpful tips that made me feel a level of confidence regarding my equipment that I didn’t have prior to working with him. The same day I called for support, he visited my home and solved my issues, that is white glove service.
