Wonderful HVAC service to fix my heat in Louisvile the same day!

Thank you for fast response and concern when our AC went out at night/weekend of 90+ degrees approaching and the fast recovery from your technician Shane he was quick and knowledgeable made it comfortable again for my disability Reasonably priced for emergency visit Total recommend and great name for a saving grace company

I have used Shepherd for all my HVAC needs. Not only where I currently live but at all my residences. They simply are the best!

Chris pulled our 50+ year old boiler that had been lazily plumbed and replaced it with a new unit with tidy, efficient plumbing. I will be hiring him again for HVAC work.

When my hubby took up cooking for a hobby, let's just say that there were some odors wafting into my office upstairs that, well, distracted me from getting my work done. Our old microwave over the range merely blew all those odors back into the kitchen, so that was pretty useless.

I hired Shepherd Heating & Air to install a new microwave over the range, that would vent to the outside, hopefully mitigating the issue of my home office smelling like I lived over a restaurant. It wasn't an easy job, and Chris had to be creative about it, because no vent existed there before, and there were some challenges involved.

The finished job completely met my expectations, which in today's world is actually saying something.

So not only did he do what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it, but he did it exceptionally well.

Shepherd Heating is a company I'd put my trust in, to treat me fairly, honestly and respectfully.

I'd definitely use them again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

You guys are doing great work on my remodel “pop up.” It has been a challenging project, but Shane has jumped right and done a fantastic job. He really professional in everything he has done. Thank again!!!

This company is great! Customer service is the best out there and the technicians are very knowledgeable. Not only did they fix my furnace right away they helped me understand what caused the problem and taught me about my unit as well. I highly recommend using them!

Shephers Heating and Air response time was excellent. John & Shane's were very professional. They throughly checked out our air conditioner and was able to fix the issue the same day. They took the time to ensure the system was working properly before they left.

Highly recommend. Had an AC unit fail when it was over 100 and they were quick to respond when I reached out. Gave me some things to try myself first just in case it was something simple, then came out same day when that didn't pan out. Fixed the issue quickly and even checked some other things to make sure everything was in order. Professional and personable. Will be my first call if I have issues with HVAC in the future!

Great response time, very communicative by text, email, and phone both owner and techs, very polite and hard workers! They got on the job immediately and saw it through, questions afterward were answered, and there was one follow-up item that was taken care of immediately. Owner even returned to check on follow-up. Product and workership was of high quality - this is a rare and good find - go with them for HVAC.

Shepherd HVAC has assisted us in cooling off our second floor by installing an attic fan and insulating the attic (particularly above our nursery). Chris has also helped in diagnosing several other heat/cooling issues we've had in the kitchen and with our AC unit. Chris was always been transparent, kind, and professional and we will continue to hire him for all HVAC needs.

Shepherd Heating and Air is fantastic- our heater stopped working today and they came out same day with prompt response time. Chris and his crew were incredibly professional and friendly. Definitely will use again!

Chris from Shepherd Heating and Air answered my phone call immediately and set up an appointment as soon as he was available in a day or two for a non emergency. He came, diagnosed. It was a simple and inexpensive repair. Done in half an hour. VERY reasonable and the problem was completely fixed. Fiver stars for sure !! April 13, 2025

Our family woke up on 1/2/2025 to a furnace not working my first and only call that morning (5:30am)was to Shepherd heating I left a message and was looking for another company to call. Before i could call the next on my list Chris returned my call and had a technician there by 9am that same day. We had heat by 10:30 that morning. Thank you for great customer service from your technician and company.
