CHC installed an energy efficient system in my garage that changed 95 degree average temps down to 80. Mike took the time to listen to my needs and made the customizations required for the job. Jake and Cam did great work and left my home and roof in great condition. I would definitely recommend them to others!!

We recently had our whole house fan replaced by CO Home Cooling, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Marcela took extra time to explain the options to me in advance and provided multiple quotes for me to consider. The installation was also extremely smooth and easy. Chance and Oscar were friendly, clean, on-time, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They also took time to explain how the new fan worked and provided tips on how to maximize the efficiency of the fan. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend them again!

We have had attic fans installed at two properties. Both times were fantastic. Our home was left cleaner than it has been before install. We've loved having the option to use the attic fan to cool the house, especially in the spring and early summer. It definitely reduces our AC usage. Colorado Home Cooling helped us pick the perfect system for our house and needs. I definitely recommend that everyone get an attic fan!

This is hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their customer service is truly above and beyond. Every employee I spoke with from the beginning was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We chose them originally because their pricing was reasonable and they were very helpful and had great reviews. The guys that set up the fan for us were very nice and did an excellent job, and cleaned up 100% before they left. We originally went with the Quiet Cool Stealth fan, and after a few days, my husband wasn't happy with the fan because he grew up an old-school attic fan, and was just expecting something different and more air flow. Marcella listened to our concerns, and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our new product and said she would do everything possible to make it right. She called back to let us know they would swap the fan out for a different style, free of charge. This was truly a HUGE blessing for us, and I feel that most companies would not do that, and now we absolutely love love LOVE our whole house fan. We run it most of the night and our whole house (even the upstairs) stays comfortable until the end of the day. Thank you CHC!

I worked remotely with Nick to get a whole house fan installed in our Boulder townhome and am very pleased with the company as a whole. Good prices, excellent communication, excellent and informative quote system, reliable, no surprise pricing, and did not exhibit any confusion or problems knowing what to speak to the tenants about and when to call me. Ryan and Andrew did an amazing job. This was the second time we have used Colorado Home Cool. They were exceptional both times. Colorado Home Cool is the only house fans installers to use. For both installs, the quotes were spot on. They arrived on time, completed the jobs quickly, correctly and were very clean. We have never had an issue with either of our House fans. A big shout out to everyone at Colorado Home Cooling and Daylighting. They were total professionals from start to completion. We were in a new (to us) house and didn't realize that the cooler was substandard until the heat wave hit. Despite being the busiest time of year, we received excellent personal service. Carl and crew were super respectful and very efficient. Andrew the company owner came by at the end of the installation to meet us and to check the work. Not only is our house much cooler now, we are using less electricity, and haven't turned the cooler on since the whole house fan was installed, even with the 90+ degree days. It was really nice to work with a locally owned business. I would reach out to them again if the need arises.

We love our fan from CHC! We purchased the Quiet Cool Trident Pro and it definitely cools our house, without the need for air conditioning. Everyone we've spoken with in the company has been extremely friendly and helpful. Installation was fast and efficient. I called later to have vents painted, as we didn't discuss that at the time of installation, and they were out in two days to paint all four roof vents.

I would highly recommend Colorado Home Cooling and the Stealth 7.0 fan. From my initial discussion with Mike through the installation with Jake, DJ and Jake (yes 2 Jakes). They did a great job explaining the options and their pricing is very fair. Everyone I talked with at this company was polite, knowledgeable and professional. There are very respectful of the customer's time - they arrived exactly on schedule - no 2-3 hr window. The Stealth 7.0 moves a lot of air and is very quiet! Thank you team Colorado Home Cooling!

Whole house fan installation. Responsiveness, customer service and communication were outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and the quality of the install was fantastic. The whole process was top notch and cost was reasonable and comparative to others. Max who coordinated the quote, Carl the project manager and Cam who assisted were all exceptional and great to work with.

We LOVE our whole house fan! We got it installed 2 years ago and it works so amazingly well. We don’t have air conditioning and don’t feel the need since having this. Our electricity bills in the summer are always so low, too.

We are always sad to have to stop using it when winter rolls in, as we also love the white noise it makes.

The entire purchase-to-install process from start to finish was easy, efficient and professional. The quote was delivered and executed without even having a house inspection beforehand.

While having a whole house fan installed in the dead of winter might seem a tad off, it actually made the scheduling easy and the install more comfortable since there was no heat in the attic to content with. The manufacture's rebate also played into the timing to purchase and install in February.

I appreciated the initial collaboration with the installer, Carl beforehand to determine the most visual appealing spot for the intake panel, where the wall controls would be most appropriate, and placement of the fan in the attic so that it would have the least amount of noise impact for the house.

Carl finished the job in under 3 hours, left the house spotless and explained how to achieve the most efficient use of the product once the summer heat arrives.

I love my whole house attic fan! It has been a lifesaver this summer. Working with Colorado Home Cooling was the best decision I’ve made. They were great to work with. Installation was a breeze and they were very responsive with any questions that I had! I highly recommend them!

We just got a new whole house fan installed this month and could not be happier! The whole experience from start to finish was so easy and quick. All the questions I had were answered very quickly by Max every step of the way. When it came time for the install of the fan Sean and Cam made sure they communicated when they would arrive, and gave me a whole rundown of the final cost and process before they begin. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone looking to get a whole house fan. The process and the results were very well worth it!

The experience from CHCD was amazing from start to finish. They responded to my quote request on Saturday within an hour. Andrew, the owner, was clear and concise. I usually do most of my own work on my house, but I did not want to get on the roof.

I had a tough idea of where I wanted to put the whole house fan, but after they came out and inspected, they found a better location! This was all done via video chat while I was at work and my wife was at home! Carl and Oscar were great!

Install went great and fast! We were able to test the whole house fan this weekend and it was nice to sleep in cool weather without turning on the ac before bed!

I also got a solar attic fan, I will have to go up in the attic, in the summer, to see how it is working.

Colorado Home Cooling came out to our house and installed 3 attic vents. We'd had an attic fan installed recently by a local company. The advice the other company had given us was not good. I called Colorado Home Cooling who explained some details about our attic fan and things to be aware of that we hadn't been told. I wish we had had Colorado Home Cooling install our fan. Even though we hadn't purchased the attic fan from them they have been MOST helpful! Your professionalism, quality of work, and going the extra distance (literally) is very much appreciated. Still great! We use the fan to cool our house and only need the evaporative cooler a few weeks a summer.

Just installed the whole house fan yesterday so I can only comment on the install.

Ryan and Kenny were both very professional. We discussed the work to be done and the price before they started any work.
Ryan made sure the quote for the day matched the quote we received over the phone.

They did a great job of closing off the area so dust and dirt did not get into the house and they did a great job of cleaning up. It was like a fan magically appeared on my roof.

Ran the fan last night and the house definitely cooled down, but not exactly like I was expecting. But with time and trial and error I'm sure I can get better results.

I LOVE my whole house cooling system!! It was definitely money well spent. I have a two story home and the AC would not cool the upstairs to the temperature that I wanted. Now with the whole house fan, I flip a switch before going to bed and it cools the room down almost instantly. I like to sleep in a really cold room and this was the solution I needed! Customer service was top notch too. Chris was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and Jordan was amazing with the install. It’s great to work with a contractor/company that finally meets all of my expectations. I’ve been having different projects worked on in my home and wish all my projects would have gone as well as this one!

Chance Jenkins and his assistant we’re promptly on time. They were both very respectful, professional and informative. The installation of our whole house fan was placed where we preferred it to be, regardless of how difficult the installation may have been and they were happy to do it.

When the installation was complete they picked up after themselves and practically vacuumed the entire carpet. Chance explained the fan operation thoroughly, so I would feel comfortable about operating it.

We were lucky to have such wonderful installers.
