I have worked with Tobin Heating and Air Conditioning for the last 6 years. They are honest, professional, and always responsive. I only lived in my house for 2 of the 6 years I have owned it, but they still treat me with incredible respect and make sure that everything is done correctly. They are respectful of my renters and have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. As I am now in the process of selling my house, I needed to have them go check out a couple of things post-inspection. Mason added time into his incredibly busy schedule to get evaluations and quotes to me in order for me to address the issues that came up. I couldn't have asked for better. I highly recommend Tobin Heating and Air Conditioning! I'm sad that I am not living in the Denver area any more, because they are my go-to guys!

I am a huge fan of this company. We use them at my workplace for HVAC maintenance so I reached out to them when my home furnace went out. They were out same day and thankfully it was a minor issue so Phil was able to get it fixed pretty quickly. All of the technicians are always extremely polite and respectful and more than happy to explain whatever the issue is in as much detail as you’d like. Their knowledge base is excellent and if the on site tech runs into a problem they’re unfamiliar with they never have an issue getting ahold of other techs to troubleshoot the problem. They are never pushy regarding sales, are open and honest regarding repair and replacement options and always give a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

Tobin saved us! Another company came out and told us our heater was spewing carbon monoxide and we would all be dead by the weekend if we didnt buy a new furnace now so he "red tagged" it. I called Tobin for a double check and they cleaned it and replaced one part and all is well. Saved me 10000$ and they were really fast and really professional. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say, this is one of the first reviews I've ever written. I had an issue with my furnace and after two estimates, I felt something was off. Fortunately, I stumbled across Tobin Heating and had the pleasure of working with Mason. He visited my property twice to complete the work and was upfront with both myself and my tenants throughout the entire process. What initially started as an entire system replacement costing thousands, turned into a thorough cleaning that has the system functioning like brand new. In addition, Mason reached out to the manufacturer and relayed additional coverage information to me. I truly cant say enough about my overall experience.

Wow. I don't really write reviews, but I just have to with this business! What a pleasure it is to work with Phil and team at Tobin. I had a new furnace and heat pump cooling system installed this summer and am extremely happy with the outcome. Phil has come over to explain the system to me and it is now simple for me to use. House was cool in summer and my energy bill went down! This is a very energy-efficient system. I highly recommend you give this local company a call for your heating and cooling needs!!

I've used Tobin heating for 6 years. I have called them a handful of times when my heat stopped working completely and they have always fixed it very quickly. I've also used them for routine maintenance and that's been very easy. Their people are very nice and willing to explain the details to you, in addition to getting it fixed. I've seen the same 3 guys come out repeatedly which is great because they retain knowledge of past issues with our system. They have truly been the best home service company I've worked with, and with an older house I've worked with a lot!

Tobin Heating and Air is an incredible find. If you need Honest Reliable and Quick service for any heating and air conditioning service, this is the company you need! The personal touch that Phil Austin and Mason provided was the best! I would highly recommend this company! Their customer service is awesome, they really care about the customer!

Tobin had been recommended to me by some of my co-workers. I set up an appointment and Mason came out to do maintenance work on both my furnace and AC unit. He was very professional.. explained everything he was working on and got approval before doing any part replacements while he was there. The price when the job was done was a lot less than other companies I have used in the past. I highly recommend Tobin! Thank you and keep up the great work!

I've used Phil and his team several times over the past year. Tobin installed a dual stage furnace in our current home and it has been a great change over the old single stage furnace. Well worth it! The pricing was competitive, and they were on time, pleasant, and tidy. Tobin's work passed city inspection on the first try, no issues. That is important!

Tobin also installed a/c in our home that has never had it, which was complicated by the way the home was built, and Phil figured out a cost effective way to do it. Thank you!

Tobin has also repaired the furnace at my rental, and Mason the repair tech has gone the extra mile to get us up and running at a fair price, and was very good at working with the tenant in my absence. I recommend Tobin to all my friends!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Tobin has been taking care of my furnace and water heater for almost a decade.

Very relieved and happy to have found an honest, reliable and excellent HVAC guy. Look no further than Phil from Tobin HVAC. I've had 3 previous guys come to my house and Phil was the only one to correctly identify and fix my issue. He was prompt, punctual and reliable and delivered everything as promised. He charged me quite a bit less than the initial quote because he said the job did not take as long as he has anticipated. He even fixed my closet door no extra charge. Such a gentleman. Phil will be my go to guy for all my household repairs henceforth.

Nov 2024: TOBIN Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job of providing and installing our new furnace and air conditioner. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. I appreciate their level of communication and commitment to good work. Phil was our main contact and provided a solution to us that other contractors failed to provide. He took the time to answer my questions. He provided detailed work that really polished things up and made me feel very good about the job done. I can’t recommend Phil and Tobin HVAC enough. I had three companies come out to quote me a new AC/Furnace system thinking mine needed to be replaced. He was the only one that said that a repair(leak stop and refrigerant) could get me some more time with the current system instead of putting pressure on full replacement. Also the price felt more than fair ($300/pound for R22) when the quotes I got from two others was $450 and $775 per pound. He was also on time for both appointments I had with him.

He also walked me through a couple tips with doing the AC condenser cleaning that’ll definitely make my life easier when I do that myself in the future.

Overall he and his company have earned my business.

Knowledgeable technicians performed their work on schedule and with minimal down time for a complete HVAC replacement. We’re very impressed with the cooling capabilities of our Amanda heat pump.

I have been using Tobin for years, and it was time to write a quick review. These guys are great, and you can't get much better than Phil in my opinion, he is just a solid dude. I had a warranty repair done (no fault of Tobin install, fluke manufacture issue) and I still got the same quick top level service that I have always gotten from Tobin even though the service call was warranty.

Reached out due to my furnace, not firing up. It took us seven days for them to get out after booking during this busy time of the year technician came in 9 AM. Replace a circuit board cleaned out the system did an excellent job and was out of my home at 10 AM.

These guys are great to work with and the work itself is top notch. I'm very happy we went with them to install a new furnace and heat pump. They answered all my questions, they were careful about our property and pets. I feel good about having them do the work. They are honest as well. Thanks.
