I absolutely love this company. As a Realtor they are always my first call for helping my clients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These folks did great work and there was no bait/switch or upsell as is common. They knew what they were doing and did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Recommend!

Tony was great! On time and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Emailed a video io the scope to me immedidatly. Would definitely work with him again.

Easy to work with and schedule, arrived on time and performed the sewer scope quickly and professionally, and provided the video and report very quickly. Good quality video, and voice commentary on the video is useful. Will use in the future!

Had a mysterious source of backup in the basement that was looking like the sewer line would need to be dug up and replaced. Matt worked carefully and thoroughly for 2 hours, scoping, mapping and cleaning and finally found the source of the problem - a floor drain that had been walled over. Appreciate the time and care taken - don't know many people willing to put their face to a dirty floor to solve a problem.

We asked sewer scope to inspect the drain lines of our new home. They were incredibly well organized, on time and very, very friendly. I so appreciate their service and can highly recommend this company!

Daryl Kistner and his team are awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. They replaced our sewer line as per their bid so well that it doesn’t appear that anything was done or disturbed. The area was left immaculate. They turned what was a stressful experience into one of confidence and relief. We are so grateful we found SewerScope.

They were very professional and made sure to meet the schedule with the buyer.

We had Sewer Scope out for an inspection on our new home in May and were very impressed by their customer service and report. In July we had Sewer Scope out for an inspection on our home that we were selling and they went the extra mile to meet with the new buyers to explain our septic system and answer questions. We wouldn't have sold our home with out their extra effort. Thank you!

We were having an issue with our basement drain and didn't know what the cause of the issue was but it was backing up every time our water softener would go through its cleaning process. Bill came out the next day of calling Sewer Scope to do a cleaning and quickly suggested possible issues in a matter of 15 minutes. He mentioned that he did not want to waste our money or time and made suggestions how we could rectify the issue and have him come back. We called back the next day and Matt came out and cleared our issue and even fixed a pipe to save us from having the jack hammer the basement floor. I've never worked with such a friendly, helpful, and caring group of contractors. The pricing was phenomenal compared to the other commercial companies that we called for quotes. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Our neighborhood decided to all schedule sewer line checks and a neighbor recommended Sewer Scope. Matt arrived early (after calling to make sure it was ok) and was super friendly, got to work right away, even though our sewer access was a bit annoying (covered by tile). He did a great job and kept quiet while our 2 year old was asleep. Highly recommend, especially if your home was built in the 90s.

I recommend this company every time I need a sewer scope for clients or myself. We struggled with companies not being on time, and doing a poor job for years before we found them. I am very happy with all of the tech's I have had over the year and gotten to know. They are always on time, pleasant and thorough. The reports are detailed, and the video link is easy to share to others during a real estate deal. Office staff is easy to get ahold of and get things scheduled. They always take the time to be sure everything is satisfactory. The reason for this review at this moment however, is that the owner Joe just caught an issue that several other companies missed. I will continue to recommend them.

Good service at a fair price... even on the weekend! Thanks!!

They missed a crack in our main sewer line and it wasn't discovered until after we closed and had a plumber come in. Make sure you review all the videos and question everything with them.

Disregard this company all the way,no professionalism at all,no ethics and no sense of clients privacy
Brings shame to all of us contractors -
An employee, in his late twenties or early thirties, just came to our house to do a sewer scope and clean the sewer line. My husband asked him to put his booties over his shoes so that he wouldn’t dirty the floor (it rained last night). The guy said that he couldn’t do that because he could slip while carrying the machine. Then my husband asked him to maybe cover the wooden stairs so that the machine would not scratch them while he carrieed it downstairs. The guy said that the machine was heavy so if we wanted him NOT TO SCRATCH our floors and stairs my husband would have to help him carry the machine downstairs. Then he left our house and sat in his van for the next 15 minutes. We had enough - my husband called the manager and described the situation saying that if the machine was too heavy for their worker to carry it into people’s basements, the company should had send two workers to carry it downstairs rathenr than expect customers to help. The manager responded: “MAYBE WE ARE NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU THEN!” This is unbelievable - how arrogant! obviously they are NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR BUSINESS!

Minus 5 Stars - You can do better!
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. They left a pipe poorly unsealed. They posted the video – with our address on it – on YouTube WITHOUT PERMISSION. They used bright spray paint on the rocks of the landscape without asking first. Unprofessional. Just awful! -
Not professional. I called to ask if could do a sewer scope with a smaller than standard camera. The guy laughed at me. Not in a fun way...super condescending. Was not interested at all in understanding the situation or figuring out if he could do the job. When I said he was referred by another sewer line inspector, he simply scoffed and got even more rude. This guy simply doesn't want any new business.

I am a local real estate agent and recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Sewer Scope LLC. We recently were under contract to purchase a townhouse for one of our clients. The technician could not find a way to access the sewer line through the toilet, roof, or drain in the utility room. I gently questioned the technician's "inability" to access the sewer line through the utility room. The technician stated that due to the rust on the drain, he could not access the line.
The technician recommended that we get a cleanout installed in the crawl space so that a sewer line could be conducted. Our clients spent $250 to have a cleanout installed, keep in mind this is all for the due diligence of getting a proper sewer scoped conducted.
We had Pipe One LLC come to the home to conduct a sewer scope. They were not able to conduct a sewer scope through the new installed clean out. However, after about 5-10 minutes they were able to remove the drain in the utility room and scope the sewer!
I called Sewer Scope LLC to share my experience. The operations manager defended the technician's failed work product, even after I shared that another company was able to access the sewer line through the utility room drain in a very reasonable amount of time. The operations manager was much more concerned about defending their failed efforts than they were acknowledging that with a little more effort their technician could have received a similar result. The operations manager basically argued with me that a sewer scope could not be conducted at the house due to all of the 90 degree turns in the sewer line -- a very strong stance to have simply based off of their technician’s written report.
In this very fast paced market, negligent companies like Sewer Scope LLC make our client's experiences more difficult than it needs to be! If you need a sewer scope conducted, hit up Pipe One LLC!
