I had a large project and many questions that came with it. Every customer service rep that I worked with was not only helpful, but knowledgeable. Overall I was very satisfied with my final results, and would recommend carpet exchange to anyone! Hopefully no new projects in my near future, but will definitely be returning when the time comes.

We had an excellent experience with our flooring purchase from Carpet Exchange in Littleton. They had a great inventory to choose from and allowed me to take home a sample. Pricing was fair and customer service was excellent. The installation crew Homero did an absolute perfect job!!
I love my new Cortec flooring and would rate the overall service from 1-10 an perfect 10!!

I worked with Karen at Carpet Exchange. She helped me find the carpet I wanted very quickly. There was no hassle. I was on a timeline to have the carpet installed prior to putting my home on the market. Karen arranged for the installation, but when an earlier installation date came up Karen was able to move up our installation date up.

The carpet Karen helped me select was perfect and in my budget.

After having the carpet installed we had a very successful open house and received 3 contracts on the second day of having our home listed.

Our experience started out a little shaky with the sales person. Once we signed the contract we did not get updates from him or responses on our inquiries. I called the store, and the owner John, got involved and our customer experience changed dramatically. John took accountability for everything and made sure that the installation and the project went smoothly until completion. He even stopped by our place a couple times to look at the progress and make sure the installers were on task. As with any major project there are bumps in the road but a customer can only hope that the issues are handled in a professional manner like John helped us. Three years ago I had a nightmare carpet experience with one of those super saver, non brick and mortar carpet places that is supposed to save the Customer money. Lessons learned. In 2020 I decided to go to a carpet company with a storefront and after doing some research settled on Carpet Exchange. What a delightful experience by comparison! I had Carpet Exchange put in carpet in a bedroom that had been damaged by a plumbing leak. Everything turned out great and worked just like you’d expect things to work. So I moved on to replacing all the carpet in my upstairs level . . . right in the middle of the pandemic. I worked with a very personable sales consultant, Eva and a great pre-installation expert, Gordon, who measured and planned logistics. And perhaps best of all I worked with John Bess, store manager, who knew of the earlier debacle with that other “carpet company.” John worked with me on every detail from pricing to installation. He was flexible, reasonable, and in every possible way helpful. To ensue a quality installation, John assigned Joel to do the installation and Joel did a great job in every room, every closet, and the stairwell. I have to add that there were a couple of wrinkles along the way and John jumped right in the middle to help with every one of them, including personally driving to my house and delivering floor protectors for my entry way tile and even coming out to help move furniture the first day when Joel’s assistant was unable to be there. Who DOES that? If you need a professional carpet team who does quality work with great follow through and follow up, go to Littleton Carpet Exchange. They will not disappoint!

Moved to Littleton 2 months go, and wanted to replace 2 bedrooms with quality carpet before moving in. Jennifer at the Coal Mine and Wadsworth, Littleton store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had several phone conversations, prior to me going in to make a final decision. Jennifer gave me an education on carpet quality and value. Installation was easy to schedule and flawless. We are very happy with our choice, and would contact Jennifer for any other flooring needs we may have in the future. She was professional from start to finish.

We had a wonderful experience with the Carpet Exchange in Littleton. From the first phone call with Rob to the installation with David, everything was handled in a professional manner. We purchased a spec home and wanted to have LVP installed in two rooms to match what the builder had done on the rest of the main floor. It was as easy as a phone call to get it all figured out and on the schedule! There was a hiccup when the material didn’t arrive on the day it was supposed to, and we were on a very tight time line as we wanted to have the LVP installed before our furniture truck arrived. David went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished on time. He tracked down the product and even came out on a Saturday to do the installation! Five star service without a doubt! Thank you so much.

Had some miscommunication when originally purchasing and store manager John took care of us. He went above and beyond and assured that we were able to get an install date that worked for our family's move!

We recently worked with Jennifer at this Littleton store to order carpet for a remodel. Jennifer was incredibly helpful in choosing options in my price range. She also showed me way more materials besides carpet, which I didnt realize Carpet Exchange carried, so we ended up getting some sheet vinyl for a laundry room as well. When we needed to remove padding from our order, she easily did so without any hassle to us and a quick refund. The finished product is beautiful and arrived super quickly. We were incredibly pleased with Jennifer's service and I recommend her to all my friends and family now.

We had carpet installed in our basement and Coretec on the main level. Carpet Exchange was amazing to work with through this project. Jennifer assisted us in picking the right products and scheduling the jobs and was helpful, responsive and friendly. She was also flexible when we needed to break up the install to allow for staircase and railing work. Juan and his team did an absolutely incredible job on the installation. It was perfection and we haven’t found a single issue. We are so happy with how this went from beginning to end!

It's very easy to give an excellent rating when things go smoothly, but Carpet Exchange really earned it when we encountered a few bumps. We were scheduled for a carpet install and worked through pricing and invoice approval. On the day of the install, the wrong carpet arrived and it turned out that we had approved the wrong carpet as well. John Bess worked with our sales rep Rob and they had it straightened out and rescheduled very quickly. They were very communicative and provided updates at each step of reorder, approval, and install. They were also very sympathetic to the fact that our downstairs was a main area of traffic and keeping it ready was pretty disruptive. They worked hard to get us rescheduled very quickly.
You don't see customer service like this very often anymore, and I really could not be more appreciative. Highly recommend them!
