I had a great experience with Bagnall Services and wanted to share how impressed I was with their friendliness and quick response time. We had a stain on our brand-new carpet, and naturally we were pretty stressed about it. Michael and his team were incredibly responsive and made us feel at ease right away.They arrived promptly, were professional yet very personable, and took the time to explain the process before getting started. What stood out most was how genuinely friendly and helpful they were, it didn’t feel like just another service call. They treated our home with care and handled the situation efficiently.Best of all, the stain is completely gone, and our carpet looks as good as new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bagnall Services to anyone needing carpet cleaning or stain removal. Excellent service from start to finish!

Great service! Extremely thorough and detailed. We had the couch cleaned and they did a great job. I was not expecting them to pull apart the couch and clean all sides but they did! Would definitely recommend.

Recently had our carpets cleaned by Bagnall Services. I’ve used them since 1993; have had two other cleanings by two other companies but always come back to Bagnall. They are the best “hands down!”

This company is amazing! I have used them over many years to clean my carpets, and they have always done an exceptional job. They are professional, competent, and efficient. The technician is detail oriented and thoughtful about how to best clean a variety of carpets and rugs. I was very impressed with how well they removed awful grime from one of my carpets and how well they cleaned a very expensive rug in my foyer. You will be very pleased if you hire this company!

Shout out to Mike and his team at Bagnall. I had them out twice after my dog had diarrhea. The first time, they worked their magic and you could not even tell where my dog had had her accidents. And one rug was sisal! I was super impressed. I had them out a second time, this time for a seagrass rug which is notoriously difficult to clean. It wasn't quite as smooth this go around, some cleaner reached the tile underneath, but they promptly came and fixed the tile the very next day.
Very professional and most importantly, really nice guys. Highly recommend. Will share their contact with all my friends who ned carpet cleaning.
