Our furnace wasn't working properly, it was shutting off and then wouldn't turn back on, and we were able to get a same day appointment. David was our technician and he was amazing! He showed up before our appointment window and very quickly went to work to figure out what was going on. He was transparent and braced us for the worst, but spent extra time troubleshooting to ensure he had all the answers for what was going on. I felt he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about his findings and our next steps. I was so appreciative and felt like he truly cared about helping us get things fixed, thank you!

Aim High are our go-to for HVAC maintenance and repair. Their technicians are friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. Jacob did a great job with our AC servicing today.

Jacob Courtois is very personable, conscientious, and highly skilled. He answered all my questions and taught me how to install my filter. The rare quality about him is his eye for detail (observant) and put things back exactly how I like them. He is definitely an asset to the amazing team at Aim High HVAC.

To start with the scheduling was impressive. Communication was fast and scheduling was within days not weeks. We had received several quotes on our HVAC systems and were pressured to buy extended warranties or a monthly maintenance program. Damian came out and did not pressure us and was honest in his assessment. We decided to go with the mid-priced options provided. The crew came out (on-time) for the install and they all introduced themselves to my wife and I upon arrival. They were professional in all of their interactions with us and reviewed anything big or small with us that might need changes. All in All a very positive and professional experience. Aim High will be my go to business for HVAC and plumbing in the future.

Andrew and Rex came to check out my furnace and they were both so helpful and courteous. They explained what they were doing and even looked into what it would take to install air conditioning in my home. I would recommend them to anyone!

Aim High HVAC operates at a level of professionalism rarely seen nowadays. There simply is no comparable company for the services they offer.
I've had Aim High conduct three projects at my home (furnace replacement years ago, tankless water heater and filtration system earlier this year and most recently replacing my air conditioning system).
Every single time, and every single individual (from the owner, to the service techs, installation crew and office personnel) has been nothing but courteous and positive.
There is an expertise across-the-board with everyone involved with Aim High, and as a consumer, you benefit from that expertise with guidance and insight to make an informed decision. Truly no better, and probably no equal.

Bo was very thorough and professional, he also did a great job explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done.

Bo’s service was excellent. I and however, disappointed to find out when he arrived that I am no longer an elite member and the program is disbanded. I received no notice that this was happening. Therefore, the cost of my maintenance was twice what I was expecting to pay.

Andrew came out to service our 24 yr old furnace. He was thorough, professional and gave us good advice. We will definitely use them again.

Aim High HVAC has been a amazing company! They fixed my AC for a very reasonable price and continue to service my system with super professionalism and a smile. Very responsive to schedule needs, the office staff is as nice as the techs. Every interaction with Aim is so great, I joined the elite program. Cannot recommend Aim High HVAC enough, they truly are a 5 star company!

Fantastic customer service, great products, and the best price!

I feel very fortunate to have Tim and Glenn in my area. I've used AimHigh for their "Elite Membership" service for a number of years now. They come out twice a year to ensure my system is in good order and if I forget to schedule them, they call me (This is great for me)! This year they identified abnormal pressure readings in my AC system and advised me it was likely to fail at some point. It was over a decade old. They also advised me of the signs of failure to look for, what to do if it happened, and gave me good rough-estimate prices for fixes and replacements. Glenn actually came out to confirm the tech's readings (for free) just to be certain. Sure enough, the system died a few weeks later, right before a long vacation.

While I was away, I was able to get them access to the house and they were happy to check it all out for me. I got pictures of the problem and an immediate cost to fix it. As they had stated, fixing it temporarily was cheap-ish, but unlikely to last. We set up an estimate for a full replacement of our HVAC system. When they got back to me (within a few days) I had a detailed least-expensive/middle/and best-system quote laid out for me. I called (still on vacation) and got more details that they were happy to provide. The prices were amazing, in line with their estimate, but certainly way below their competitors. For the price, I went with the highest priced (still not that high) system.

They seemed happy to deal with my crazy schedule and before I returned from vacation and a work tirp the system was replaced! There wasn't a scrap of dirt left over from installation. They provided a year's worth of new filters, gave me a discount because they've done work for me before, provide a much better looking outdoor pad, and replaced/upgraded all of the exterior electrical. They also included and handled the Excel rebates for me. When I got back, Glenn made a special trip to make sure I knew how everything operated and made some final adjustments (no charge).

The system works GREAT! Multiple stages on the fan compressor save a ton of energy and help keep the temperature consistent upstairs and downstairs for the first time ever. My wife is no longer freezing in her basement office while I'm roasting in the upstairs office, it's fantastic! The included remote senses the temperature upstairs and adjusts accordingly and the phone app allows me to make changes from anywhere.

Obviously, I'm super happy overall. I highly recommend Aim High. I will certainly continue to use their services for regular maintenance and I'll be back when my ancient water heater finally goes out.

Damien is professional, very knowledgeable and treats me like family. I was sure I would have to replace my AC unit since it is 22 years old. Damien reviewed his notes on the system he has maintained annually and worked out the issue. I’ve had a relationship with AIM High for around eight years. They have always provided outstanding service.
