Suddenly it turned cold last night and my furnace wouldn't work. I talked to Cormac this morning and he set up an appointment for this afternoon. Tim was on time and spent a couple of hours determining what was wrong and fixing it. Price very reasonable. Very pleased with this service and will use again if needed

My furnace stopped working. It was such a relief to have worked with him before on my condo. I didn’t hesitate to call an honest dependable HVAC contractor with Mac.

Pros:
+ Scheduling with Lisa was easy and pleasant
+ Javier was prompt, professional and knowledgeable
+ Javier had great attention to detail
+ Javier fixed the issue and saved us a significant amount of money

Cons:
- Getting a technician out took a few days (left VM on Monday, scheduled an appointment on Tuesday and the actual appointment was Thursday)

It may have taken a couple days to get on their schedule but it was worth it. We had another very well rated contractor come out and tell us our A/C coil was shot and needed to be replaced after only having checked the filter I showed him (and change religiously) and taking a quick glance at the coil. The technician from Mac's, Javier, came two days later and was phenomenal. He was prompt, professional and demonstrated his expertise. He listened to the whole situation, took both panels off the front of the furnace and uncovered a SECOND filter in the system that had not been changed in at least 5yrs since I was completely unaware of it. This disgusting filter in combination with the gunk I had sucked out of the drain with a shop vac before calling the professionals was the root of our issue (leaking furnace due to frozen coil). He checked the coil, the drain tub, cleaned out the drain tub and drain line, checked out the rest of the system and put us back online in about an hour. Javier was absolutely fantastic. I cannot thank him enough for his holistic approach and attention to detail. We now have an HVAC guy we can rely on.

Cormack did an AMAZING job with our duct work. we are going through a remodel and not only was he timely, professional and meticulous. His price was a fraction of a larger HVAC company!

Mac's Maintenace is the best!!!! I had a heater problem and they came first did a maintenance and then it went out again. Cormack (the Owner) came out himself and replaced a blower that was out. He explained what was going on, how long it would take and had my heat back on this evening. Best Service Ever!!! Will always use Mac's Maintenance!

These guys were AMAZING! They came to my house on the same day as the call, properly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my furnace. They didn't try to up-sell me, or any funny business. Totally straight forward, and awesome to work with. We sent Tim home with some pumpkin bread (Sorry Cormack, you should have came back ;)

After a horrible experience with another company (Premier Heating and Air) , Mac's Maintenance earned a customer for life!

Recently used Mac's Maintenance to fix a heating unit that was acting up. Would run, stop, not run, not stop, and do whatever the heck it wanted to. I called Mac's Maintenance and talked to Cormack who did some troubleshooting over the phone. Cormack was VERY friendly and was able to come over and fix the unit within hours! Price was very reasonable and he was the most trust-worthy service person I have ever met! I will continue to use Mac's Maintenance in the future and without question, recommend them to anyone who has heating/HVAC/etc.... issues.
