Great service! Got us in very quickly.

Did a great job diagnosing and fixing my AC. Talked me through the pros and cons of replacing just the compressor vs the whole thing. I ended up replacing just the compressor as he thought the rest of the system still had a good amount of life in it. Very satisfied with his courtesy, work, ability to talk me through everything, and the price.

Very pleased with the manner I was treated, the repairs made, and the cost coming in within my budget.

I highly recommend Pacific Air Inc. They are a ductwork contractor specializing in new construction, remodel, and repairs; this is why I hired them over dryer cleaning vent companies that do this type of work as an add on; therefore, lacking the same level of expertise. I needed the ductwork replaced after a previous owner's home remodel dryer ductwork and bathroom vent was in shambles. I'm very happy with Pacifics knowledgeable team that brought my ductwork up to code and with a quote that was very reasonable. Thank you!

We had a great experience using Pacific Air Inc! Shane and Joel were amazing to work with. Easy communication, helpful information, quick responses and cost effective. We learned that our heating duct wasn't actually connected and that a several years old water leak had caused the duct and return to rust. Within 24hr of us reaching out they were able to come out assess the damage, make recommendations and start resolving the issue. I would absolutely recommend them for all your heating + more needs!

Shane and Ray provided phenomenal service for a very reasonable price. My AC had a leak in the pipes in my finished ceiling basement so Ray helped route a new line and scrapped the existing line in order to do to the least damage possible. We decided to move my AC unit to a different side of the house too and he did a great job hiding all the pipes along my furnace line so it's not even visible in the room. Great job guys! They came in and replaced my ductwork. They worked around my schedule and gave me a reasonable rate. A company that does what they say they are going to do!!!

We had a CO leak and were told we needed a new furnace, the first company we spoke with was drastically overcharged. We called Shane, he sent out Ray who diagnosed and confirmed we did need a new furnace in the same day. They were affordable, incredibly knowledgeable, fast, efficient and incredibly kind.
