We were extremely grateful to have Alex repair our furnace! When our heating unit stopped working, a friend recommended Alex, so we decided to give him a call. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, quickly identified the problem, and fixed everything promptly and professionally. He even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great service!! Highly recommended. Responded the same day to inspect the issue and give an estimate (Thanks Alex!). In less than two days we had a new furnace at a reasonable price. Installation was smooth with great people who explained everything. Transparent billing - honesty and integrity the whole way. They also tested the system after which showed another service company did not identify the issue. The other service company told us we had a leak (refrigerant would be $110 / pound or $1,100) and it would be $3000 plus repairs to find a leak. What they wanted to do wouldn't have solved the problem. Thank you ALEX and others!!

I highly recommend using this company- they were prompt, gave really good information with options to replace my 22+ year old furnace and installation was great. Technician was prompt, courteous, and even cleaned up. They were even willing to answer questions after hours so I could make an informed decision.

The team was able to replace my furnace and air conditioning system the day after we realized that it was not worth repairing the old system. They were very professional. I appreciated that they put down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves.

I wish I would have been fortunate enough to have a 5 star experience with PS Cool Heat. Alex replaced the old tank water heater with a tankless. Prices were competitive and water heater works great. The problems started when I asked about the inspection. Be aware that the price of the permit to have the work inspected is not built into the quote. When I made the inquiry, they were surprised like this is something new. I was charged an additional $200+ for the permit and it took them over 7 weeks to get the correct and required information to Douglas County so the unit could be inspected. I made repeated phone calls and text messages to Yvonne and Alex at PS Heat and Cool trying to find out what was taking so long. The usual answer was that they submitted all the information and they were waiting on Douglas County. Every other inspection on water heaters and HVAC systems in our home has happened in less than a week. I called Douglas County myself a total of 4 times and the reason for the delays was documents that weren’t legible and missing information, including blank faxed documents. The water heater passed inspection. I was informed by the inspector that PS Heat Cool should have presented us with a choice of direct or indirect ventilation. Indirect ventilation is on our water heater now with only one pipe to the outside. I was told that the installer was either being “cheap, lazy or possibly both” when he decided to vent indirectly. I will not use this company again. The fact that they do not routinely pull permits for this type of work is a red flag.

Addendum to my review:
After my review, Alex contacted me and offered to come to our house and add the additional indirect ventilation pipe (even though it passed inspection without it) for free. He also did a complimentary maintenance for both the A/C and furnace. The work was completed and we are pleased with the great customer service he has provided.
