Rock never disappoints, as a company they are very concerned with being fair to their customers. Every technician that has come to our place (most recently Steven) has been excellent. We will continue to work with them for as long as we live in their service area!

Micky Gorton and his assistant installed a new furnace at our home and all went extremely smooth from our perspective. They arrived early as requested and worked diligently and professionally to complete the installation in around ten hours. Great work men and thanks to the Company support staff at Rock Plumbing and Heating.

We had Jake come out to look at our furnace when it wasn’t working the first fall after we bought our house. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and took his time fixing the wiring issues and explained everything really thoroughly. I could not be more happy with our experience with the company and Jake! He was also super patient with our dog who barks a lot and can be somewhat territorial which also made the experience less stressful.

Kudos to Rock heating. We had a new furnace installed today and the installation crew Fidel Nathan and Micky did an excellent job. I was advised that when on the way and shown the operation of the furnace and new thermostat. They were careful to wear shoe coverings and lay protection down where they were walking in the house. After the installation Rock called and offered to schedule the final inspection with county/city inspectors. I would not hesitate to recommend Rock heating. I also had them out previously for a plumbing problem and the same professional conduct applied. Prior to my new furnace install, I had a procrastinated cleaning and inspection performed. Jake came out and during the inspection he found multiple cracks in my 32 year old furnace that were leaking carbon monoxide. Thanks to Jake, we were able to catch it before it affected our health and we'll being. Jake showed me all the cracks and shut down the furnace. Again, Rock is the place to go for premium service.

Carlos came out twice for two separate issues and did an excellent job! He took time to answer our questions and help explain things to us and new homeowners. Definitely will use them again in the future!

Mario de la Torre was our expert and he was very knowledgable, professional and patient. After discovering our water pressure was too high, causing a number of failures in our home, he:
- helped us understand the likely cause
- talked us through issues we were having
- told us what would need to be checked
- explained/showed us the failures in replaced parts
- helped educate us on our water quality and how it comes in to our home from the street
Mario took the time to explain everything, which helped educate and calm us. It was an exceptional experience and we will use your company moving forward!

update: I just used Rock for a number of electrical items at our daughters new home. Install new lights, outlets, run power to new areas etc. The team of Fidel, Nick, Haley and Anthony were incredible. From the initial visit by Fidel who explained the project to us in detail through the installation, the service was incredible. The team talked and planed before each segment of the project, which lead to far less disruption to existing drywall than we expected. When they left the house it was like no one had been there -- clean, patches were excellent. I used Rock previously on a different house for HVAC and was very happy, leading me to call them for this challenging electrical work and could not be happier. If you want a company that has stellar people and expertise - Rock is it. Thank you Fidel and team.

Team members were very professional and focused on the job of installing a new A/C unit and a new furnace. They always wore the shoe covers and made an effort to keep their work area clean and free of clutter. I felt complete trust in them that the job was being done correctly.

Jake T. was superb! He was informative, kind, got here fast, and resolved everything within a matter of a few hours - getting the heat back on for us safely on Christmas Eve and before temperatures were expected to drop. We are so thankful and would recommend his services and this company!

After a flooded basement, Rock Plumbing came out right away. Carlos was pleasant, thorough and skilled. Did a wonderful job. Very pleased.

Customer service and equipment are top notch. Thank you to the team! Erik came quickly to the house so we could get a quote and we had a new heating and air system within 72 hours. They also helped with Excel rebates, tax rebates, and had a payment plan to make this affordable during the holiday season.

The customer service here is second-to-none. Rock’s employees are jovial, attentive, punctual, communicative, gentle (you know how some home services people have no bedside manner, they forget how your home is a living thing to you and when it’s ailing, bad news needs to be delivered with compassion), and caring. From the appointment center to the field people, everyone knows how to navigate interpersonal interactions. Carlos the field technician helped us detect a valve leak we never knew existed and saved us thousands of dollars of invasive repairs by pinpointing this tiny problem with an easy solution. Thank you, Carlos!

Rock has been very accounting, punctual, thorough & friendly for ever job they’ve done for us. From HVAC to plumbing all of the work has been up to our standards. Both Jacob and Mario did top notch work on two of our bathrooms. And Tyler did a great job with our HVAC.

Cesar was wonderful! He was astute as he diagnosed our plumbing problem. He didn't stop until everything was 100%. He was on time, efficient and hard working. And very professional. I can't say enough about the company. Every experience has been stellar.

This company is excellent. Aziza in dispatch did a wonderful job with coordinating the appointment. Devon the plumber was fabulous. He explained everything to me with pictures. I had two bathroom faucets replaced and a new toilet installed. Honestly I’ve been dreading these tasks but Devon made it super easy. Highly recommend them!

It was not fun news to hear that our newly purchased home needed an entirely new hvac system; however, since we have had nothing but great service from the team at Rock, we knew that the project would go off seamlessly and it did. They took on a huge project with professionalism, courtesy, and sincerity that I've come to expect from this family owned company. I would like to thank Em, your charisma is infectious, hope to see you next service. Brad, you couldn't have delivered the bad news any kinder and got us all set up quicker than we knew possible. Anthony and Fidel for teaching me about wiring. Mario and Carlos for giving us back hot water. And Jordan- thanks for always making me smile; with your entire team of awesome guys- Nathan, Erik, Micky, Xavier, and Jaheim- you guys went above and beyond. Hope to not see any of you guys for the next 20 years, but if I need you, I know you are there.

Austin and Alex were great. Austin came back the next day and installed a humidifier. Such a nice man. I will be requesting Austin to return for my twice a year maintenance. Thanks for being so friendly and professional.

The level of customer service and response is amazing! My new boiler system had a bit of a leak. I figured I’d need to wait, but Amy and the team had someone at the house within a day! The fix was easy and the tech was so helpful. Can’t say enough about the team at Rock.

My older furnace died during a cold snap in late October 2025 and Rock was the only place that was able to come out to help the same day. After some diagnostics, I came to the decision that it would be best to have a new system installed. Rock was able to come out next day to install a heat pump based system and did an absolutely fantastic job. Everyone from sales to the technicians was extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. The new system just passed all inspections and has been running like a top. I would recommend Rock to anyone. Thank you so much!!

Steven and Caden arrived the same frigidly cold day that my furnace decided to break down. They were able to repair the immediate problem, a broken pump, and take a look at the furnace. Overall. It's an old one so I wanted to have some routine maintenance done just in case. They took lots of pictures and video and explain the process thoroughly pointing out all of their concerns with my furnace and making intelligent recommendations about next steps and my choices.

I will definitely use Rock, plumbing, heating and air conditioning again.
