Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!

Raphael, Bert, and Ty from Rox Heating and Air went above and beyond during our recent AC replacement. From the moment they arrived, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Raphael did a fantastic job evaluating our outdated system and explaining every step of the replacement process in a way that was easy to understand — especially helpful as new homeowners.

Bert and Ty handled the installation with care and precision, making sure everything was done cleanly and efficiently. They treated our home with respect, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and even walked us through how to operate and maintain our new Lennox unit. The difference in airflow and cooling has been night and day!

What really stood out was their honesty, work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right. You can tell they take pride in their work — and it shows. These guys were great. Unfortunately, we had to replace our furnace just a week and a half before Christmas, but they came out quickly before our guests arrived and took very good care of us. We decided to sign up for their care program and they worked with us on our second furnace as well. We went back to Rox because they replaced our air-conditioning unit last year. Would definitely recommend them!!!

Two days before Thanksgiving…came home from work and it was a COLD 55 degrees in the house. Most sincere thanks and deeply grateful to Kelly at ROX Heating and Air. She squeezed in a last minute appointment before the holiday. John was on his way home after a long day, but accepted the work appointment out of genuine human compassion. He arrived and was patient, friendly, and kind. An accomplished and trusted professional who used his specialty knowledge, training, and experience to repair and restore the furnace heat! Kelly and John at ROX were Thanksgiving blessings in disguise. Well-deserved 5 star rating. Thank You!

Great service at a reasonable price! What more can you ask for?

We woke up to cold showers and found the water heater exploded in the basement... By noon Chris was here, prepped the job while the new unit was delivered. They were back with the new water heater and done by 4pm. Perfect job!

Our furnace was acting temperamental for a couple of days when it was very cold out. ROX immediately let us know when they had a cancellation to get someone out to our house early because it was not getting warm. Raphael (the tech) was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave a couple recommendations on maintenance when he was here as well but didn’t try to pressure us into anything unnecessary. Very thankful for both the office and field staffs professionalism and friendliness!

Our air conditioning went out during the latest heat wave. We made a call to Rox Heating & Air and Raphael was at our house within 24 hours during a very busy week. After determining we needed a new system (ours was 20+ years old) he explained several options in different price ranges and gave us time to ask many questions. He answered every question thoroughly and helped us make the right decision for our needs. Best customer service we have received in a long time! The next day the crew was out to install and they were great to work with, efficient, and very clean and respectful of our home. Our new system is outstanding. We highly recommend this local business!

Jason & his team were amazing. They came out to fix our furnace within a day of our call (in December!) and the cost of their service was better than expected. I highly recommend ROX Heating & Air for any AC/Heat needs.

My technician Raphael was very knowledgeable and quickly addressed the issue I was having with my furnace. He also gave me helpful pointers to ensure my furnace lasts as long as possible. I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use Rox Heating and Air again.

Garrison came by to perform spring/summer preventive maintenance on my AC. He was polite, professional and courteous and he even fixed my filter sleeve without being asked to. I appreciate Rox, they’ve been great to deal with and I would definitely recommend using their services!

We needed a new hot water heater. Rox Heating & Air was responsive, very competitively priced, and able to install our new heater quickly. I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of their work and the skill level of their installers.

Dexter came today for our Spring Tune Up - he was professional, courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain the findings of his service/inspection and recommendations (there were no recommendations as our system is running perfectly!). We purchased our system from Rox 4 years ago, have never had an issue and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rox Heating & Air to anyone who needs a new system!

All around great experience. The sales person, Nova, was informative, didn’t pressure me, and worked with me on pricing. The installers were efficient and respectful of my home. They did really clean, thorough work. I will be recommending Rox to all of my friends.

Rox rocks. Heater wasn't working. ROX came out within a couple hours. Parts for repair were under warranty. They back their work.

ROX takes an evolved approach to hvac service by hiring educated, presentable and sociable professionals and giving them amazing diagnostic technology.

The tech doing the initial consult walked me through all of the diagnostic testing for my old furnace, showed me the readings and explained what everything means and why it’s important, and provided clear options and prices to remedy.

Ultimately I decided to have them replace my old furnace with a new unit. The multi stage fan on the new unit makes a huge difference as all of the rooms in my house are equally heated.

The business office was great to work with as well. Very pleased and highly recommend ROX.

What a fabulous experience working with Rox! Kelly was awesome and answered my frequent questions including nights and weekends. My sales rep was great at explaining the options and Rox was the only one of my three estimates that understood and offered heat pumps. I had one company quote me over with phone without even seeing my HVAC system! The installation was flawless. I highly recommend Rox!

Their estimator, Nova, was great! She answered all of many questions I had, but never pressured me to make a decision. John installed my furnace/AC unit. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable, gave me a rundown on my new furnace and AC and showed me how to use and program my new thermostat. I appreciated the attention to detail from all three of them. I highly recommend them! It’s easy to see why they have so many five star reviews!!!! Our furnace suddenly stopped working today. ROX Heating & Air had excellent feedback on our community Facebook page so I decided to call them. The whole team was outstanding - from the very friendly and extremely helpful customer service representative, Kaci, to the expert technician, Rafael. Kaci was able work out the schedule to get me same day service. This is unheard of from my experience in the Denver area. I am very grateful! Our technician, Rafael, actually welcomed me to sit next to him as he diagnosed my furnace. Incredible expertise! At some point soon I will need a new furnace and I know where I’ll be going to have this project done. They definitely made a loyal customer today!
