I rate my experience with Small Heating and Cooling as excellent. Aaron showed up on time and was able to find the issue with my AC unit quickly (needed new fan motor). He went to pick up the part and install it on same day. My furnace and AC is 20 yrs old and would highly consider using them when replacing is needed.
