We had a great experience with Drain Terrier. Benjamin came on a Saturday to check out what was needed and give us a free quote. He went to Home Depot and came back on Monday to do the work. Since we were trying to repair a shower plate that was 25 years old, the universal kits were for newer models. But Benjamin was persistent and came back with new parts that worked. I liked that just as he was finishing, he asked me to come let him show me what he had done and test it out. No hassles, Benjamin had integrity and we thought the costs were reasonable.

Amazing team. Arrived right on time. I explained the issues with both bathrooms and after assessing the issue, they gave me a rundown on what was needed for the repair. I gave them a thumbs up and they got to work. All completed from start to finish less than an hour.

I had Drain Terrier out to fix a leak in my shower, not only did they do a great job fixing the original problem the way I wanted it done, but they repaired a couple of other issues for a reasonable cost. They were on time, very professional and cleaned up beautifully after they were done. Many thanks, Drain Terrier, I will definitely call again.

Got quoted 1500 for a flange replacement on my toilet from another company, called these guys and they sent Nick over to fix the problem and he was quick and moderately priced, great job guys! Thank you for the honesty and integrity!

Drain Terrier saved me! My sewer line collapsed and I needed a more affordable repair option. Other companies quoted me nearly 30k. Drain Terrier came out, gave me an estimate, and started work 2 days later. The project was finished within 2 days. Their team worked quickly and did an incredible job. I am so relieved. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Benjamin was very helpful with the kitchen faucet install that a previous plumber abandoned when it got difficult. Benjamin tackled a potentially difficult job with professionalism, punctuality and friendliness.

Got a new hot water heater installed in my crawl space and the crew took great care removing my old one from the crawl space with limited room! Better prices than any competitors. I would use them again!

It was a tough job, as the condo water heater was a special type and the one I ordered on my own was the right size but not power directed venting. Ben took the old one back, got the new one and it was a struggle getting it up onto the platform but with help he got it done. Kudos to him on such a tough job!

Best in the business. They’re the only plumber I’ll be using from here on out. I’ve had 2 separate instances where the cast iron underneath my slab foundation had failed and needed replacing immediately. Both big jobs. Tracy and Savannah were incredibly communicative, and offered super fair pricing each time. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!
