Mike saved the day at our home - not only did he fix the work of others, but he did it quickly and efficiently. He was extremely personable and educated me through the process. Coming from the construction industry, people like Mike are hard to come by. You can really tell he has passion and great pride in the work he does. Can’t thank him enough for the great work and experience.

Southside plumbing is truly the best in the business. Chris and the team were incredible. Not only did they solve our problem quickly, Chris took the time to explain everything he was doing. They are respectful, informative, and punctual. Their vast knowledge will help with any project, big or small. Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable for the quality, licensed work they do.

Kyle was very professional and yet friendly and helpful. He very confidently and successfully performed the installation and was able to answer my questions and explain a few things to me. I can truly say this was a five star experience for me!

Trevor, Adam and Gabriel just finished up work on repiping my entire house and installing a new water heater. Trevor's eye for detail and communication of what to expect and what's going on are unequaled. I knew exactly what was projected for work each day and what was completed at the end. The work is neat, clean and meticulous. I'm honestly amazed that I've finally found a plumbing company that's this professional with excellent work, great communication, friendly, competent with great work attitudes. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially after having started with another company who fixed pipes, left messes and quoted this work at nearly twice the very reasonable pricing Southside charged.

This is the first time we used Southside Plumbing. They were recommended by another plumber that we know. I called Liz at their office and she reached out to several technicians to see if they could fit me in before the end of the day on Friday. The refrigerator supply line was leaking and the valve was no longer working to turn it off. I was really worried about additional damage in the kitchen and in the basement. Liz was able to find Chris who had time to help us out. Chris arrived early and repaired the line in the basement and installed a new copper supply line to replace the plastic line. Everything went well, and we were very pleased with his work, especially on short notice. His bill was very reasonable.

Southside Plumbing were fair priced and extremely professional. In a world where homeowners are pressured to do repairs that are not necessary, Southside did not do that. We were very lucky to have Trevor and Andy come out to our home and walk us through our concerns. They presented us with the truth about our drains and viable solutions if we wanted to be proactive. No pressure to do unnecessary repairs. Professional tradesmen! Rare these days. Will use this group again. Thank you Trevor and Andy

Prompt service and easy to schedule.my plumber was friendly and did great work. They also cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

Kyle and Adam did a great job fixing our pressure regulator for our main water line. The guys were very thorough with their work and did a great job explaining to me everything that I asked about, they were very good at communicating what work needed to be done and what options I had.

The job was done very quickly as well. Very appreciative of the teams work and overall all results!

Kyle who helped me with my plumbing issues was amazing. He came out on a Sunday when we needed help and was just the nicest guy. He answered my 1000 questions I had in our new home and went above and beyond. I will use and request him every time for future plumbing issues.

Mike and Adam were outstanding today. They came in to do maintenance on my water heater and to install a sump pump water alarm. They were very patient with me and answered all our questions. Work was top notch and very clean. Southside Plumbing is a great company to do business with.

Southside Plumbing has been my trusted go-to plumbing company for the past 3 years. I trust the team to do a good job at a fair price. Recently, Zach replaced a failing ball valve for us. He communicated throughout , explaining the work that needed to be done and sent photos of the work. Afterwards, he replaced my outdoor faucet covers as we are nearing the cold season and I am currently away for work.

Southside plumbing was quick to respond to my sewer line clog. Mark explained everything, left the space clean, and was very friendly. Reasonably priced for a weekend emergency. Would definitely use them again!

We had a mystery leak and Micheal came on a Saturday within an hour of placing our call. He was easily the best plumber we've worked with. He communicated well without using too much jargon, discussed prices up front without pressuring us, and cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. Micheal made a potentially stressful day painless. The true culture of a company shows through not when everything goes perfect but when a problem arises. After a repair was completed at my house, a misunderstanding arose about the full scope of the work to be completed. Without hesitation, Southside Plumbing came back the very next day to correct this misunderstanding. That's the kind of business you want to work with! A company with ethics, moral character, integrity, and professionalism. I'm impressed!

Top notch customer service from friendly and quick response to messaging and phone calls, scheduling and updates, and a very kind, thorough, efficient fix with explanations and up front pricing.
