Brian and the Modern Construction Group LLC crew replaced our gutter, downspouts and some fascia on our home. They also installed heat tape system on one problematic valley.
This job went extremely well through out the entire process.
Communicated very well through emails, texts or phone calls throughout the process. One day to get all all the gutters complete and then returned to finish the paint.

Brian went out of his way to come to my home after business hours to install a temporary fix, and communicated regularly in order to get the work done to resolve the problem. They found the source of my leak on my roof and were able to find my matching shingles and installed a new vent in a timely and professional manner.

Brian was very courteous and professional. He put in a lot of time to diagnose our issue (water leaking behind siding and then getting inside). His solution was much simpler and cheaper than the other estimate we got. I recommend him and his company and would use him again.

MRG did an excellent job. Brian Huff was assigned to our project and he walked us through every step of the project. He was there when the insurance representative inspected the roof and pointed out to the inspector items that needed to be included for replacement - kept the inspector honest. He identified items that were not done correctly when the roof was previously replaced several years ago to prevent leaking. The delivery of the roof materials and replacement were performed on the established dates - no delays. I highly recommend MRG!!!

We are so very thankful we found Brian Huf with Modern Construction Group. I was getting estimates from several roofing companies because of wind damage. Brian found hail damaged areas that one of the other contractors missed. Brian even attached a Hail History report. He worked directly with our insurance claims adjuster, together they were on our roof checking all the issues. Brian’s crew foreman and crew were considerate and cautious regarding the debris and new materials. These men and their work ethic was very impressive. We highly recommend Modern Construction Group. You won’t be sorry!

We had some prior issues with other roofing companies being unresponsive and/or taking a long time to confirm quotes and schedule work. Modern roofing group took our concerns seriously and helped us diagnose the problem via email and in person the following day after we called, for a repair that another roofing company misdiagnosed. Brian was urgent and informative, and also provided a fair price for the work that needed to be done. We had everything done within two weeks and we have found our “go to” roofing company!

As the owner of several Boulder rental properties, I've worked with the 2 most respected roofing companies that operate primarily from Boulder. Neither of them can compare with the professionalism and attention to detail that I experienced with Modern Roofing Group. From Brian's first assessment of an ongoing problem to his completion of the repair, this company was by far heads and shoulders above the rest. Detailed assessment of the issue (including photos and narrative), personal attention to detail, professional interface with the tenant, and resolution of a long standing problem that another well respected company failed to assess: these were only a few of the qualities that you rarely find in *any* company. Modern Roofing Group has it all; I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I met with a few companies before selecting Modern Roofing Group, even one of the coveted Dave Logan recommended companies. I will tell you that specific company was a joke and apparently doesn’t know the difference between four and five inch gutters. Conversely, Modern Roofing Group was exactly that - modern. Brian uses technology and intelligence in his presentation and project management. I had 100% confidence throughout my roof and gutter replacement due to the professional and consistent communication from Brian. Do not get your roof or gutters replaced without talking to Brian at Modern Roofing Group!
