Just had new steam unit installed and the job was done to perfection. Copperhead worked with me through trying to get the old unit working and communicating with the manufacturer (Thermasol, which is a company i would avoid at all costs). After getting no acceptable response we ordered a new unit through Copperhead and it works like a charm.

Service was excellent from start to finish. I got an alert text letting me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was extremely respectful and attentive. He stayed until work as 100% complete and was able to explain all the steps he took and answer any questions I had. I would absolutely use Copperhead again and highly recommend.

Waterline under bar for water purifier became clogged after replacing filter. Bobby cleared the line and replaced the filter so it is working now. Afterwords he noticed a leak had started in the line where it enters the filter. He didn’t have replacement part to fix it but we decided to watch and see if it stopped.
Checked later and it still seems to be leaking. Will have to have him back out to repair it.
Bobby does an excellent job and has helped us before. Remembered working on a toilet here, asked about it and checked it before he left.

Copperhead Plumbing was fantastic - their communication, professionalism, and knowledge was impressive. Raul helped me learn the basics about my home's plumbing, and worked hard to form a plan to move my main water shutoff from being in a crawl space to a more accessible location inside the home. Raul also answered any questions (and I had a lot!) during the service with patience and a ton of knowledge. I had a quote within 30 minutes - highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about their service! Our hot water heater failed late Wednesday afternoon, and by 2:00 the next day we had a functional new hot water heater and the old one was hauled off. The two technicians who worked on it were friendly and professional. Copperhead's service can't be beat!

Copperhead did great work on our new build and we have had no problems with their craftsmanship after 2 years in our home. When we had a sink issue (unrelated to their work) that caused a leak, they were quick to fit us into the schedule that day and get out here quickly to investigate and resolved the issue quickly. I highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs and big jobs!

Copperhead is very helpful. I called in the same day for a request to repair, and they are able to squeeze me in very quickly and with a very professional technician - Waldo. Highly recommend him, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions, and did a great job in a very short time.

They were great! Raul did an excellent job, and was very friendly and professional. My little hand snake couldn't clear it so I called and he came out and had the kitchen sink cleared in a little under an hour. My 4 year old watched him work and loved it.
