Absolutely a great company and high quality work.

Lawson came out to the Silverstone Neighborhood in Frederick over a year ago last year. Without notifying any of the residents (which they admitted they had forgotten to do on the phone) they chose to dig up sidewalks and peoples finished lawn and landscaping. They jackhammered my front lawn about 2 feet up into the lawn. When I called them they made it seem like this wasnt a big deal, and I was promised "we will have someone come out in spring to fix it and replace the sod as well as fix the lawn". To NOBODYs surprise Lawson never reached out, did not fix my lawn, and as such I have a very valid claim for negligence. They did this to over a dozen houses in our neighborhood with no notice and no follow up. On top of that the sidewalks they fixed are still not level as they do not care and work without any quality checks. Lawson is sketchy, does not take ownership, and is not run properly to be awarded these massive city contracts where they destroy resident property without a care in the world. Lawson you are wrong, you made promises, and you didnt keep any. Unprofessional and UNETHICAL would be my best descriptor of how everyone in our neighborhood feels Lawson handled this.
