I called NoCo Appliance for my LG refrigerator which quit working when the temperatures outside were in the 90’s. I was afraid I would lose all of the meat in my freezer however, Marcus was on time and was able to fix it same day! Thank you!!

My LG refrigerator quit working. LG could not connect me with a repair person for several weeks. I called around and nobody wanted to help with an LG product. I was finally referred to NOCO appliance by another company. I called and they were able to come out within a couple day. They diagnosed and had the refrigerator fixed within the week. They had to order parts that were not readily available. It was a control board. Their communication was great. They were on time. I think their price was more than fair. Hopefully I never need to call him again, but if I need a repair, I will be calling Marcus and his team. Very professional in every way.

Marcus is awesome,,had a refrigerator not working in my motorhome,,came out diagnosed it found the problem came back the next day with the part. Price was more than reasonable. If you're in the area and need help call Marcus.

Marcus was able to fix an ice maker that no one else could figure out how to get out from under the counter (installation error). He was timely, had the part the next day, but then discovered the drain line had been damaged in pulling it out. He and Jamie took the ice maker to their location and repaired it - brought it back the next day, and insisted no additional charge. Jamie followed up the next day to be sure everything was fine. Very honest and hard working!

Great service! From scheduleing to the finished work, I was happy with this team. They worked to meet my scheduling needs. Marcus worked on our washer, dryer and ice maker. He was thorough; helped explain the issues; recommended solutions; and was very respectful to our home and space. Will definitely use them again. Great to support a local NOCO company!

Our LG fridge wasn't staying cold when we got back from vacation. Fortunately the NoCO Appliance team was able to diagnose the issue and have it resolved within 48 hrs. The service was clean and efficient and the follow up call from them to confirm the fridge was functioning properly was truly appreciated. A great business to have in the Loveland market.

I can’t say enough good things about NoCo Appliance! Marcus (the owner) was able to repair my 1970s Maytag washing machine after TWO other repair companies failed to fix it. He showed up exactly on time, charged a fair price, and somehow found the parts no one else could. His knowledge of older appliances is impressive, and he clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and I found him to be both professional and personable. They stand behind their work. My garage freezer went out at just over 1 year old. They found a new part quickly. They did have to cancel returning once because another repair took longer than expected, but came back on a Sunday to make sure we were not kept waiting. They followed up with me to make sure the new part was working, and made a second trip to fine-tune it for no charge. We also had a washing machine go out just a few days later. They schedule us in the very next morning for a diagnostic and we had an estimate that afternoon.

Wanted to share our past experience with Noco Appliance (Marcus) over the past week. During our preparation of Thanksgiving dinner to host friends and family.

We ran into issues on with our oven and it stopped working. Marcus had been out to service it a few months ago, we called Wednesday evening to see if there was anything that could be done. Not only did they answer our call after hours, they came the next morning to fix the oven just in time for us to prepare the meal.

We can't thank Marcus enough for stepping up and helping us out. He knew right away what the issue was and had it fixed in less than half an hour.

Best experience! Marcus was amazing. Fridge went out Christmas Eve. Marcus came out assessed the issue and was able to replace the part and fix my fridge the same day. Can’t thank them enough in easing our burden of having to replace our fridge. Thank you!
