All reviews for Local Map Construction

These guys are amazing!! They finished my basement and screened in my patio. Their work is top quality and they are great to work with. I love the finished looks!!!

Local Map lowered a window and replaced a second window to meet fire code for renting. They did a great job! I would recommend them to do this kind of job and also others.

Another note: The owners kept me updated every step along the way and also showed up onsite multiple times to oversee subcontractor handywork.

This is a quality company!

Joe and his crew recently finished my basement in Masonville Colorado. They were professional, did quality detailed work and were able to match the cabinets and flooring from the upper level and bring it into the basement. This created a compelte and finished feel throughout my home. I can’t say enough good things about this construction team.

We had local maps construction screen in our basement patio. We had an idea of what we wanted but Matt and Joe were able to bring it all together better than we could have imagined. They did an excellent job and make the addition look like it was build with the original house. They do qualify work for a great value. Their work was professional, they did work on time and within budget. We highly recommend them.

MAP finished our basement and turned an outside dead space into a Sun Room. Joe and Matt are amazing at what they do and have first class Customer Service. They are very responsive to calls and texts unlike other Contractors that we have worked with. We highly recommend them.

I hired LMC to finish one of our basements in Loveland and a bathroom remodel. Professional, quality craftsmanship, excellent communication. Matt and Joe and their team of licensed contractors did a beautiful job making our unfinished basement into a 2 BR 1 BA guest home with full second kitchen and entertainment area. I researched many local construction companies and am happy I hired this local company. Thank you again for all your help with our basement. And with the bathroom remodel you did after words on our other property.

Matt and Joe did a great job finishing our basement. They were always available when we called, and we're timely when we needed to meet with them. They use quality sub contractors, and our basement reflects that. They built a dual purpose accemt rolling barn door for our TV and sliding glass door covering.
We've recommended them and will continue to.

Local Map Construction provides excellent craftsmanship, professional communication and great results! I am a local realtor and have recommended Matt and his team to many of my clients. All who have used Matt's company for their remodel or basement finish have been extremely happy. I have personally seen many of the basements they have finished and each one is custom to the homeowner. Local Map Construction has great ideas and they are also great listeners. They take into account how the space will be used and then come up with an innovative plan. Besides their superior craftsmanship, Local Map Construction is also very transparent about costs and will keep to the homeowners' budget. I highly recommend Local Map Construction!

Our family recently completed an extensive full home remodel in Ft. Collins. All areas of the house were renovated including the unfinished basement, extensive first floor renovation turning a galley kitchen into an open state of the art kitchen with massive quartz island, fully remodeled bathrooms on the upper level of the home, fully remodeled front room including adding a full length fireplace with beautiful mantel and bookshelves, remodeled laundry area and updating of all doors, trim, flooring and lighting throughout all levels of the home. I couldn't have been more pleased with the care and professionalism that Matt and his partner Joe exhibited during the project. The Local Map team had great suggestions and bright ideas to bring the renovation vision to life and provided excellent communication to me throughout the process. Some contractors will promise an upfront low price to get you hooked. Matt and his team provide fair pricing and superior renovation services. We look forward to working with the team again on our next renovation!

Matt and Joe were great to work with. They were able to take our vision of what we wanted for our basement and make it a reality. We had some revisions to our design all the way up to the day of framing and they were very accommodating to our wishes. They were always available and checked on the job often. As with any project like this, things came up that we did not anticipate, but they worked with us on handling those issues. Whenever we had an issue with anything, they were very responsive and fixed any issues that we found. Matt even came by after the project was completed to help put connectors on cables that we had run for TV. The workmanship was really first-rate and the look and finish was consistent with our main level. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and everyone that sees it is impressed. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Matt and Joe again.

Remodeling your house is a huge investment in time, money and energy. In May our realtor recommended Local Map Construction to us. We worked closely with Matt, Joe and their crews on remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. In addition. we transformed a living room into a guest bedroom, updated the entertainment center, refinished wood floors, and more. Matt and Joe with Local Map Construction are honest, straightforward and have high standards for their work. They checked in daily, let us know what to expect, had the house cleaned four times during the process, and the ducts cleaned when all was complete. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend.
