Excellent work, very professional and Jake stayed until he double checked everything and made sure everything was working correctly. He then went over everything with us to make sure we understood the work that had been done and how to use the new thermostat system. I wish every company provided as great a service as Plumbline does!! Much appreciation for all the great work!

We have used Plumbline for a variety of services over the past three years, most recently today when a tech came to do routine service check our our 3 year old furnace. Plumbline tech and customer service are always friendly, and efficient. They give suggestions without being condescending, and yes - best value (reliable services for reasonable pricing) we have found over our 20+ years as homeowners!

Nando came today for a water heater inspection and we could not be more satisfied. The two technicians we have had experiences with have been consistently knowledgeable, skilled, highly professional, kind and polite. I think Plumbline Services is a good solid company.

We had the best experience today with Curt for our electrical outlet issues and back yard light. He was very knowledgeable and gave us quote information to use for the future. We also had Noah out for plumbing and he fixed our outside water spigot, we are very happy that it won't leak all winter long and he also gave us information and quotes for a new water heater and luckily since Plumbline did all the previous work on it, it will not be as costly. Love having Plumbline do all our work from furnace work to water and electrical. They have all been very nice and polite.

Well the sewer backed up as it does every year and I called plumb line and their technician called me back he said he was a block away and he came like 5 minutes later. I was expecting the spiel about they've got to dig the whole thing up and do it right now or I'm going to die but they didn't they just cleaned the drain the guy was really nice very professional and it was quick. I will come back to these guys as my go-to people because they're honest. Thank you very much. Great service.

The schedulers are perfect and the techs who visit my house fix everything in 1 trip.

I have a monthly VIP subscription and it has paid for itself during a Sunday visit for emergency no heat call during a snow storm.

We were out and about yesterday and when we came home the Carrier thermostat was totally dark and no furnace running. The house was cold and we had concerns about our water pipes freezing. I called Plumbline and spoke to Donna, a very nice lady, about having someone come out and check for problems. She first indicated it would be next Thursday before she could schedule anyone due to the late hour. I explained our concerns about freezing pipes. She politely asked me to hold on. She returned and advised me someone would be out between 9pm and 1am. I also explained that we are VIP members of Plumbline and asked what the charge would be. She stated since we are VIP members there would be no charge. We were extremely pleased. Shortly Brian a technician sent a text indicating he was on another job and would arrive at our house about 7:47 pm. Brian arrived as indicated and in less than a minute after opening the inspection door to our furnace indentified a loose wire as the problem. Problem solved. Brian was very professional. Wished us a Merry Christmas and headed home.

Plumbline has been absolutely wonderful. Great service!!! I had a strange sound from the furnace and they sent someone the next day and it was fixed. The staff are friendly and experienced. I am very happy this is the company we chose to

I have used Plumbline for boiler service, air conditioning replacement and service, plumbing, and electrical. Jeremy did a fantastic job for me with a dimmer and LED light issue I had. He also replaced my front porch light that had issues. He was professional and courteous. Awesome job!

I have had the plumbers from Plumbline at my home four times over the last week and a half. On three of those occasions they came and went without charging me a dime.
Every person I spoke with was friendly, professional, and very communicative about what was happening. While I would never wish plumbing problems on anyone, I would highly recommend plumbline to anyone who does.

Plumbline was prompt, courteous and professional. When the first technician couldn't solve the problem, he got a different specialist out to our house the next morning, who did solve the problem. He worked with us on options to fix the issue regarding our available funds and got the job done very quickly. He even came back later in the day to reassemble the pipes under the kitchen sink correctly because they were loose from the first visit and came apart when we turned on the faucet after he left. I will definitely be using Plumbline again.

I had a concern regarding my GFCI wall plugs and light switches in my kitchen that was remodeled in 2014. It was easy to make an appointment. The tech called ahead to provide an ETA. He arrived shortly later. He assuaged my concerns after testing the wall plugs, each showing the normal 120 volts. He indicated that there are no standardized GFCI, so different providers have different protocols. He examined my circuit breaker boxes and found no concerns. Because I am a VIP member, there was no service charge.

The service was 5 Star from the initial contact to the finished installation of the EcoWater softener and Reverse Osmosis systems. Also from the presentation of the sales person, Bryan.
Plumbline notified me via text and email of the time I should expect their team to arrive. Both the water filter installers, Jonathan and Roman, as well as the electrical tech, Joseph, sent me a text message announcing themselves which not only included their names but also a photo! It is super comforting to know in advance who I should expect to arrive to perform the work. The whole team did a fabulous job not only with the installation but also inclining up after themselves. They left the area as clean or cleaner than it was. The team also did a great job in soliciting my opinion and choice of where to install the systems and offering several options with pros and cons so that I could make the best informed decision. Once all was installed they walked me through everything about the system and what to expect going forward. Kudos to the Plumbline team! Almost forgot... they were the most respectful group of technicians that I have ever encountered! They also made sure to where plastic shoe covers when coming in from the outside, changing them as they went out for more equipment! They even placed plastic covers on the wheels of the dolly and on the handles to make sure they didn't track in anything from the outside!

Once again, GREAT JOB PLUMBLINE!

Our person (Kelsey) was the best of the people we contacted for new HVAC hands down. He explained everything to us even though we sometimes asked the same question more than once (SIERs and efficiency). His review of our existing system and proposed new system. We are currently making the decision to get a new system. We would recommend Plumbline for anything because they are so great to deal with.

Experience was stellar. Garrett was professional courteous and work was flawless. I signed up for monthly coverage vip service. Once yr router free plus boiler check. Emergency priority. No more leaks under kitchen sink. New faucet. New disposal. All new p trap and pipes. Done in a few hrs. Appt within 36 hrs. I am a happy camper. Thanks guys. Forgot to mention water pressure valve installed. Quieter pipes when washing clothes

Same day service was not expected but that is what they delivered even in a non emergency situation. The service technicians were there timely, very respectful of our home and professional. They were very good at explaining the issues they found and what the next steps need to be. I would recommend Plumbliine to anyone.

The furnace technician (Garrett) and the sales/estimator (Geoff) were both excellent in every way. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend booking a service call/estimate from them before you make any decisions.

We had a great experience today with Kevin from Plumbline! He fixed our kitchen sink/drain and it was way more reasonable in cost than I anticipated. He was very nice and very professional.

Brian A was the technician who came to check out the furnace in the house. He did a thorough inspection and was very clear when describing the different options and how to move forward with our very old furnace. Wasn't the news we wanted to hear, but we were expecting it. On the way out, my gate handle was coming apart. He fixed it, just to be nice.

Jake is a true asset to your organization! He is extremely knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions we had. Sam came along for the install and you all have another good one in the apprenticeship program. I would highly recommend them to other customers and would welcome them in our home, anytime we need service. As a Branch Manager for a large enterprise, I strive for my specialists to provide the same kind of service and quality work that was completed at our home. Kudos to Jake, Sam, and Plumbline for such a great experience!

I'm a little bit late on my posting here. We had a routine check with the electrical portion in our home. Isaiah called letting me know when he would be arriving. He was very Professional when he arrived. We gave him full range of the place and did what he came for. I will give him high accolades for his service and the way he conducted himself in our home.
