Hands down one the best companies to deal with! We had a family emergency that needed to be taken care of on top of our Hot water heater needing to be replaced. Called Matt and with out hesitation he came out and took care of it in one day! Amazing service and great people to deal with! Highly recommend this company to anyone for all there plumbing needs!

While going through a difficult time the hot water heater in my parents home went out. Rock Solid was contacted and quickly came out and assessed what was needed. Mike and Colton were able to quickly install the new water heater that day. They served us with professionalism and care in our family’s time of need. They now have a loyal customer and we look forward to recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you for the care and service you gave our family.

favorite plumbers- Affordable and knowledgeable. I live in a really old home with a system that is unique and difficult to deal with and these guys fixed our major problems quickly. They are wonderful people to work with.

Matt and Alec are amazing people and Rock Solid Plumbing is the go to company to use if you need any of their services. I called Alec to have him help us out with having a hot water installed and he let me know he was on vacation and he would have his best guy Matt give me a call shortly to get the details and get it taken care of! Yes you read that correctly that the owner of the company answered my call on vacation! But wait it gets better!!! Matt called me within 5 minutes and I explained the situation to him. I work at an automotive repair shop in Fort Collins and one of our employees family was in need of having a hot water heater replaced and the company was so kind as to pay to have the hot water heater installed for the employees family in his time of need. Matt took it from there and was able to get out the very next day and not only look at the issue but got it removed, a new one installed and working in the same day! Great communication, excellent customer service, amazing price point, outstanding workmanship and a very thankful to serve you attitude! These guys deserve 10 stars but since you can only go to 5 I guess that will have to do. Great Christian based morals and values with huge hearts and truly care for their customers! Thank you to Matt and Alec for helping us out in a pinch! You guys rock!!!

I had a toilet that would not keep from running. I called Rock Solid Plumbing and was immediately called back. I was told that Alec would be out in 20 minutes. He was, he was very polite, very nice, wore shoe protectors. He had the toilet fixed in short time. I will always call Rock SOlid Plumbing for any Plumbing needs I will have in the future. We recently replaced our A/C unit and the unit has been having trouble keeping the temperature. Bill has been out several times to check, modify, and try new things to get it working optimally and even though the unit seems to be operating properly, they have really taken care to be responsive and communicative to help determine where the problem is coming from. The 5 stars is because even though there are issues (which happens now and then), they did not throw up their hands, check out, or dismissed our concerns. Even though the problem might end up being something with our home, they have committed to being involved until we are satisfied with it's functionality. That's commitment to their customer! Not just installing a product and walking away. We really appreciate that commitment and we believe we will (with their help) get it figured out!

I'd been having a sewer odor in the basement and another plumbing company tried a couple things but did not root cause the issue. Rock Solid was recommended to me by a neighbor and they root-caused the issue within 30 minutes. Kind of a bummer to have the issue but at least they were able to find it and I will have them fix it as well.

Prompt service on water heater replacement. Fair pricing. Friendly, competent service. Called them again day later for odds and end maintenance. Same prompt,friendly service.
