Greg was courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was thorough and took care to check out all of my concerns and patiently answered my questions. I was really impressed. In addition, Elizabeth was so easy to talk to in both of our phone conversations and was detail-oriented in gathering my information. I am so pleased to have found a good, reliable company to handle my electrical needs. Bravo!

Worked with Ray and he quickly installed some electrical outlets for me. He did a great job and it was done in a short time with high quality.

I called Titus because of a sparking issue I had in our shop, when I turned on a light switch. The staff I spoke with were very helpful and accommodating since I had prior appointments I needed to be at throughout the day. Greg, the electrician that showed up, was on time, courteous and, very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem right a way. I will be using Titus for my future electrical needs, thank you all for a great professional experience, it was much appreciated!

And if you have the chance, work with Caleb. From the outset he was professional, knowledgeable and showed a genuine concern for the electrical situation in my home. I collected estimates from 3 other companies, and Caleb was by far the most thorough representative. He carefully walked me through all the options and possibilities and provided me with a variety of scenarios and price ranges to choose from.
When it came time to change out an entire fuse box, Caleb and Jerome completed the work efficiently and effectively. And then they took the time to walk me through all the particulars.
No need to look elsewhere for electrical service.

Caleb and Chris were AMAZING!!! They asked if their truck was parked ok, set expectations of what I could expect right off the bat, and gave me 7 options from doing everything to doing the bare minimum. Hands down, one of the best services I have had at my home. Thank you Titus, Caleb, and Chris!

Had GFI issues with painters coming in just a couple of days. Called Titus, had a service call scheduled for the next day. Brennon came out, on time, was knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. Problem solved quickly. One of the best parts was Titus kept me updated the entire time, didn't have to sit around wondering if and when they were going to come.

Had a great experience with Titus Electrical. Caleb and Ray were both very nice, professional, and did great work! Really enjoyed working with them and would be happy to have them work on any other electrical needs on our house in the future. They installed two new outlets, fixed an issue with our main breaker box, and installed a couple timer switches. They presented multiple options with pricing and there were no hidden costs. Thanks to you both!

I can’t say enough positive about this company. We had a breaker box and power meter combination that had an arc flash due to ground settlement pulling on wires. Of course this all happened on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. The dispatcher was very friendly and helped get a technician quickly. A technician named Justin came out to evaluate the damage. He knew right away what was required to get power back to our home safely. He helped communicate the issue to xcel power customer service and stayed until an xcel technician came out to put a temporary fix in until the next day. Justin kept us informed the whole time on everything and didn’t leave until almost 1am. The next day he had to drive a long way to pick up parts on a Sunday before he could even come back out to work on replacing the entire panel. He coordinated with xcel technicians during their portion of work that needed to be done and when they should come back out to restore power. It took almost 8 hours of work for everything to be completed and Justin never stopped. The only time I even saw him take a break was when xcel had to do their work. I feel very lucky and thankful that a Google search showed Titus Electrical Service in the search results because I had no idea who to call in this kind of emergency. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a laundry list of items that needed to be quoted and addressed, Caleb was able to assist with all my questions and concerns.
Bobby and Logan had a good challenge on installing a new outlet for us. The old house had some surprises for them but they were able to complete the work on time. This was my first time working with Titus Electrical. They seem to provide some quality work and all of the techs have been great to work with.

Great experience with Titus! Ray was great - he was very friendly, quickly and efficiently replaced the lights - found a way to get the light replacements to work (even went to Lowes for new pieces!) - I'm very happy with the service!

My son lives in Lafayette Colorado and called me saying he lost power in half the house. We contacted Titus and they were there the same day and temporarily restored the power. They found a potential fire hazard in the main electrical panel a quoted a replacement for a very affordable price. Work was completed and all working as should. I would like to recognize Caleb, Bobby, and Logan for outstanding work and customer service. I would also like to recognize Elizebeth in the office. She is the best customer service representative I have had the pleasure to work with. I bought there customer assurance plan and will use them forever. Thanks Titus team.
