Freedom Plumbing provided the absolute best service I’ve ever had!!! Big Bill is super sweet, highly educated, and so thorough with his explanations, sharing his ideas and thought process with me, making sure to address all of my needs with a solid plan of attack. There was no charge for his initial consultation, and he never put any pressure on me whatsoever.

They showed up on time and had all their tools and supplies with them. Bill brought 2 very intelligent assistants, they all worked together seamlessly, and i especially loved that they cleaned up after themselves, and ran the vacuum multiple times during the day so that the dust wouldn’t spread throughout the house. I’m sooooo happyyyyy that I chose Freedom Plumbing, I know 100% that other companies couldn’t do as great a job!! I have used this company more than once in the past to provide services to install a boiler system for a rental property of mine as well as services for my own residence to install a hot water recirculating pump and just recently replace the hot water heater. In all instances, Bill Havens was very open and transparent in reviewing all the options for equipment, lifespan, cost and warranty for me to choose from. Installation and standard of care has been top notch and have never had any return trips to revisit failed installation or equipment. I would highly recommend this company.
