Mariano and his crew recently installed two new heat pumps in our house, and we are very satisfied with the end result!

Our old AC systems were on their last legs, so we needed to replace both. We called 14 HVAC companies that serve the Boulder area and Teamworks Mechanical was the only one that had actual experience and knowledge installing Unico high-velocity systems.

Other companies tried to sell us systems that wouldn’t have worked with our existing Unico ductwork. Teamworks found the right Unico evaporator coils to replace our old ones, and the appropriate AHRI certified condensers that would work with our new coils.

Unlike most companies we called, Teamworks is not tied to a particular brand, so they were able to find us the best options and deal for our needs (we ended up going with Carrier heat pumps).

As with most home improvement projects, there were some unexpected challenges along the way. During installation, the crew discovered a leak in the existing line set. Mariano explained the issue thoroughly, picked up the necessary parts, and had a new line set installed by the next day. It also turned out that our new heat pumps required an upgrade to our electrical system. Teamworks brought in an electrician who installed new circuit breakers and high-gauge wiring the very next day.

Throughout it all Mariano was committed to ensuring our system was installed correctly and that we were 100% satisfied with the results.
