The HVAC system in my rental property suddenly went out. 303 Heat was very friendly and helpful on the phone and I was able to get someone to my property the same day. Jared was on time and efficient, quickly arriving at the solution (broken capacitor). He replaced the capacitor and also offered helpful advice regarding my aging furnace. Much appreciated!

Our heat stopped working yesterday and within a few hours of me calling, 303 had someone out to our house. Roberto was quick to diagnose the issue and fixed our heater in no time. The cost is very reasonable as well!

My furnace stopped working. I thought it was the pilot light, but was wrong. I called Colorado Heating and Air because of their great reviews and because of their proximity to my location. Jared showed up an hour later. He identified the problem right away and presented me with multiple options. He never pressured me to choose one option over another. He just explained the facts. He had to leave and go pick up a couple items he needed to replace, replaced them, and cleaned up my furnace. He was thorough, explained things well, and extremely reasonable in his pricing. I strongly recommend Jared and Colorado Heating and Air.

Jarred I appreciate your help today. My igniter went out last night on my furnace. I got online this morning to find help on a Sunday and 303 Heat had amazing reviews and after contacting them they had a great diagnosis fee and did not charge me extra for being Sunday or same day. Jarred was very knowledgeable when he got here and was here with in an hour and a half of me contacting them. He worked with me on pricing and now I have heat. I appreciate your help my son is home for the first time in 3 years from the Navy tomorrow and no heat was not an option for us. I first contacted them in 2018 when our AC quit on us in the middle of the summer, and Jared installed a new AC unit and furnace within a couple days. Years of experience from Jarred made an enormous difference today! What I was told that needed to be a complete replacement of an a/c and heater combo unit from 5 other companies, Jarred fixed in a short amount of time for nothing compared to what replacement unit would have cost. I am speechless that I went without an a/c all summer 🥲 and today Jarred changed that thanks to his expertise. 😀 Super happy and content customer here. So happy I could get a next day appointment and the wonderful outcome of today’s visit. Seriously I’m still in awe that I have my A/C up and running. We first used these folks an air conditioner was having issues. This fall we got a great deal on a new furnace AC combo. The installation was truly wonderful, fast, clean, and hassle free. Jarrod and April are great folks to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I called April the morning after we slept without any air conditioning. That afternoon, she had Roberto checking out our condenser and Roberto walked me through what he was testing and what the options were for trying to revive the condenser. When we ran out of options, Roberto walked me through a few different priced packages for replacing my condenser.

Got a package picked out, got a date picked, and on that day, John and Carlos came to install a new furnace and a new condenser. I was quoted at 6-10 hours of install but John and Carlos got everything running, and even cleaned everything up and packed in about 5 hours and 45 minutes.

They were polite, helpful, and the whole process was much easier than I was anticipating.

Loved the service!!!! Highly recommend. Jared is the man. He’s a nice guy and has made himself available to us whenever we have a question. He installed our HVAC unit. He also installed one for my parents and another friend. He knows what he’s doing. Never going anywhere else!!!

303 Did a great job updating my HVAC in our basement that we're finishing. April and Jared were very professional, prompt and very helpful. We also signed up for their maintenance checks which were very reasonable.. I would highly recommend them!

Jared was out recently to check our A/C system to get it ready for the Summer. We purchased a new furnace and A/C unit from 303 Heat in 2020. Jared checks the furnace in the fall and the A/C unit in the Spring to make sure everything is operationally ready. Jared and April are a pleasure to work with, they believe in customer service which is a refreshing change in today's shopping climate. Give 303 Heat a chance, you won't be disappointed, I know we weren't.

Jared came over to do an HVAC repair for us. Did some analysis and decided on a fix for the problem, only later finding out there was a different solution -- so he charged us the lower price for a simple service and promised to discount the price of the visit if he needed to come back and do additional maintenance.

He was on-time, friendly, and very fast -- even considering the time it took for him to pick up a part from his stock and come back. Definitely recommend them for HVAC repair

303 Heat is a lifesaver. Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave (on my wife’s birthday). April managed to squeeze me in that day, due to an unexpected opening in Jared’s schedule, and she helped diagnose the problem (low refrigerant) over the phone. Jared was very knowledgable, courteous, and professional and had our AC up and running again—better than it ever has—within hours of my call. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Jared was super friendly when he came out to look at our older ac. The system was fine at the time of the tune-up but began making an awful noise towards the end of the night. Jared was back out the next day to change our a piece. I appreciate him going the extra mile and squeezing us in after his installation at the end of the day. Would recommend 303 Heat to everyone!

We lost our A/C 2 years ago on one of the hottest days of the summer. Jared came out Saturday afternoon to diagnose our problem. Ac was shot. On Monday Jared and one of his guys were at our house installing new units. I have called a couple of times with minor problems and Jared has been great on helping me figure them out. This man is so knowledgeable it's crazy. Have I told you we are in Parker and just couldn't belive he came all this way to help us. I know we are kind of out of their area but he is willing to travel to help us out! I will never go anywhere else in this city for heating and ac work!
