I had suspected a strange low level poisoning that was going on with my mom's house and put in devices to read CO2 in the house because monoxide detectors weren't going into alarm. No one else could understand the difference between monoxide and dioxide but Aaron came out and found a problem that no one could see with venting and corrected it. Mom feels better now and I was impressed with prompt response, courtesy, and price.

This is the second time I have used this company for a furnace inspection. They are prompt, communicative, and very detailed for the services I needed. I highly recommend this company for future services.

Outstanding customer service!

My Ac decided to die in the middle of July.
My troubleshooting determined that the capacitor was bad.

Northglenn heating and air was one of the places I called in search of the part and were the only one that offered to call around to their suppliers to see if they source one for me.
Fast forward an hour and a half and I have the part installed and Ac blowing again
.
It's increasingly rare for a company to go out of their way to help a diy'er like myself.

Our AC went down and Northglenn Heating & Air was able to work us in the next day. The tech was on time and professional. He explained each step that he was taking to address the issue. Turns out we had a bad contactor and a bad wire that caused the AC unit to shut down. Great job, thanks for getting our unit working again!

SO glad we found this company! The first place we called told us we should consider replacing our entire HVAC system due to a refrigerant leak. Ron (w/ Northglenn Heating and AC) found our leak, fixed it, and recharged the refrigerant all in a couple of hours and the cost was even less than the estimate! We won’t hesitate to use them again.

The temperature outside was -2 or -4 last night and of course my furnace went out! I was in a jam and worried that I would not be able to get someone out fast enough and that it would be costly. I stumbled upon Northglenn Heating & Air who had an appointment available same day. The tech, Art, was amazing to work with. He was very kind and personable, identified the problem and had it fixed right away! It is because of Art I will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Ron came out to braze a leaking refrigerant line. We discovered the leaky line was due to increased pressure from an improperly installed fan. I had installed the fan a day prior. Ron informed me professionally and courteously how to reverse the direction of my fan's airflow to meet my AC system's operating standard. I feel informed, more competent, and content that I received honest competent service.

I am extremely happy with Northglenn Heating's responsive customer service (no computer answering or automated menus!) and the very thorough furnace maintenance checks that Ron did. He explained everything clearly and made sure he answered all of my questions. They have a competitively priced combined furnace/AC yearly maintenance program too. There are a lot of options for home HVAC maintenance in the area, but based on this experience I would highly recommend Northglenn.

Our A/C went out on the day the house was listed for sale. Northglenn Heating and Air was recommended, and they were out the next morning. The tech quickly diagnosed a short, and soon had us back up and running. The cost was reasonable.

Northglenn Heating & Air has been servicing my HVAC for years. Last night they provided 5-star service. After a 100 degree day, our AC was blowing only warm air. A service tech was able to come to my house late in the evening (same day!) to get our AC fixed. The service tech was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Big shout out to Northglenn Heating & Air!

I called another company Fix It Now. The technician Diagnosed that I needed a new blower Motor For 1710.00. The technician said I also needed a new furnace my furnace is 25 years old. I decided to get a another opinion because my furnace worked some times. I called Northglenn Heating and air conditioning out. The Technician Ron came out and actually used meters and and tools and diagnosed the problem. Ron made adjustments to the gas valve and blower motor. Ron did a great job Including the lady at the office who answered the phone. My furnace is working now and I only spent 80.00 dollars for the service call . The company ix It Now charged me 40.00 dollars and the only tool he used to diagnose my problem was a nut driver. Ron actually used meters and tools to find the problem. I cannot thank Ron and Northglenn heating and air Conditioning enough. I will be using this company for all my HVAC needs now.

Ron came over and quickly figured out our a/c unit wasn't cooling due to a dead capacitor. He was friendly and professional and we are grateful he got things working again. Price for the new capacitor was reasonable and we will definitely use Northglenn again next time!
