They quoted me a fair price, provided a timeline (on a large job I needed done in a single day due to our business), and not only did a fantastic job, but they did it for the price they said they would, within the timeline they said they would. By far the best company that I have had the opportunity to work with. The owner Robert is a super nice person and all of the staff were top notch. They replaced an ac unit on my rental and duct work. They did a phenomenal job. Only company that I will ever use for these services again. I had so many bad experiences with other companies. I have now found the best.

Robert and his team did an amazing job. We had a furnace and a/c replaced as well as some ductwork. His crew did excellent work, resolved some of the pre-existing issues that we 'd lived with since we purchased our home, cleaned up after themselves after the work was completed, and took COVID precautions that we requested. We would highly recommend Robert and his team if you want quality work and a company that stands behind their products and work!

The coldest week of the year and our furnace decided to go out. I made one phone call to Colegate Heating, Inc., they had someone to our house within couple of hours to assess the problem. The service tech got the furnace going but wasn't sure how long it would run especially with the colder weather coming(original builder grade furnace 22 years old). The next day they came out with a new furnace and AC unit. Working out side single digit weather to remove old AC unit and install new furnace. They had to come back when the weather was warmer to finish up but we had HEAT. You can barley tell that the furnace working. I would highly recommend Colegate Heating, Inc. Robert and his crew do amazing work.

We have income properties and find that Robert and his services are an excellent service who works with our management company. One of our tenants were without heat and called our management company on a Saturday. Although it was bad timing, being it was a Saturday and in December, Robert filtered the news to us needing to replace the HVAC system, which was completed first thing Monday morning. I spoke with Robert on Monday and thanked him for his expedited services. He was humble in saying he wished he could’ve gotten our tenants heat right away. I let him know I was pleased with how fast he was able to complete the job with having an HVAC unit on hand. Although we hadn’t planned on spending the funds to replace the HVAC unit, it was a good feeling to have our tenants taken care of.

Robert and his team installed a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump in our home. They also corrected bad duct work and have our house within code and amazingly cool on the 100 degree summer days! His guys are polite, work hard, and very professional! Can't recommend them enough!!!!
