What a pleasant experience with the owner Jason, and Robert. Our Dryer quit working. I called them and they were able to set an appointment, the very next day. Robert came out, cleaned the entire housing, inside, then diagnosed the problem as a burnt motor. He ordered a new motor and He and Jason came out when the motor arrived and installed it, as well as a switch that did not have much life left on it Very professional and friendly service.

Jason is the best hands down! He is a true professional and knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to call him for all my appliance needs. Best prices, on time. I can't thank you enough Jason.

Had an issue with our washing machine and after a pretty extensive search of the local appliance repair shops, I discovered Appliance Titan, LLC. and saw that they had phenomenal reviews. After trying to setup an appointment (which was the only minor issue - had a difficult time initially getting a hold of someone via telephone), I was thoroughly pleased with Jason's promptness, professionalism, and expertise. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem and inform me it would take a couple days to order the part needed. The part came, one of Jason's technicians came out and installed it post haste. I will definitely be using Appliance Titan again if I have any other appliance issues!

Jason is always friendly. We’ve had him fix our washer, dryer and refrigerator before. He’s been able to fix all 3 in a timely manner with no further issues on the appliances.

Jason was able to come over to look at our freezer the next day, only because it was too late in the afternoon to still get a same day appointment. All the other places I'd talked to were several days to a week out for even a diagnostic appointment. Also, they were willing to work on my Kenmore appliance, which some companies would not do.

Less than 30 minutes to diagnose, and he even moved all my frozen food out to do it and put it back when they were done. They had the part in a day and spent less than 30 minutes swapping it out. Freezer now works like new again and at a much lower cost than I would have paid for the other repair companies I called. Even the diagnostic appointment cost was significantly cheaper than other companies I spoke with.

Jason also didn't assume I would choose to do the repair, like most companies do, giving me a no guilt option to say no to the repair if I wanted. And he didn't try to convince me that I needed parts or services that I didn't really need to pad the bill with.

Jason repaired our older washer for us. He was professional, on time and very friendly. When the parts arrived he was quick to come back and finish the job. We would definitely recommend him.

I was very impressed by the work i just received from Appliance Titan. They just fixed my dryer very quickly and waived the cost to come out since I paid for the repair, and they repaired it on the spot. Robert was polite, professional and very helpful.
I appreciate the fact that they are a Christian business, and it shows in their integrity and work ethic!
I am a satisfied customer and will call them again for any future repairs I can't handle myself.

Jason is top notch. He comes from a Military family and is very pro military. He responds right away. He gives honest and accurate estimates and has extreme knowledge of appliances. Jason takes time to explain the issue and how he fixes the problem. He is my go to guy next time one of my appliances break. I have passed his contact info to all my friend in the event they have appliance issues in the future.

My dryer stopped heating up the day before I was supposed to host company in town and I was trying to get all of the towels and linens refreshed so I panicked. I called Jason and he was out within 24 hours and fixed it.
I recently had him back over to replace all the belts and rollers and such, since the dryer was really squeaky. He came out quickly and fixed it up perfectly. Great value, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Every time an appliance breaks down it is an urgent situation. Jason is the most responsive, honest, and professional service person we've ever worked with. He has worked on appliances for other members of our family and every one of them thinks he is the best. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Jason has and to our house to fix each one of our appliances at one point or another. We will always continue to use him and recommend him to everyone who asks. He's so professional and knows so much about appliances and the fixes for them. He's also great about giving advice if we have to purchase something new, so we know exactly what to look for and what to watch out for. Jason was great! Very friendly and took care of the problem with our dryer in no time! He is very reasonably priced and I have already told some of my friends about him if they need an appliance repairman.

Oven would not ignite, wife bakes her own bread and cookies, so the issue needed to be resolved. Jason responded quickly and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and called as soon as it was delivered. Installation took about an hour and we are back baking again. Jason is obviously highly experienced and very personable. If you want the problem solved at a good price then call Jason, I will use him again if needed.

Had a nice experience today. Contacted on a Friday evening, regarding a leaking washing machine, and they were able to come out Monday morning. Jason was honest in letting me know that the cost of the repair would be the same as a new washing machine. We really appreciated that honesty. I've already shared his info with one of our neighbors!

Jason was timely and informative with his call back and ability to come out and figure out my washer's problem. He is a kind and friendly guy who knows his craft. And a bonus, he got along with my dachshunds. He had been added to my village of people who keep my home running smoothly.

Jason was fantastic from the moment he answered the phone. I usually don't get home from work by the time most places close but he was still open and answered the phone right away! I asked for a real rough estimate of what it may cost to repair my dryer and he quoted 200 on the higher side. Which was fine with me, I used to fix my own appliances but over the years I lost my mojo to repair my own appliances so it was totally worth the cost to me. He let me know he could be out the next day which was awesome for response time but because I was waiting for pay day I held off a few days. So he sent me a text so that when I was ready I could just send him a quick text. A few days later I sent him a text asking if I could get on the schedule for the following day and he was able to fit me in at a time that worked great for my household. He arrived on said date in a very timely manner and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and got the part ordered and came back the following day at a time that was convenient for us. Again he arrived in a timely manner and fixed the issed within 30 mins. Through all this time I did have to be at work and my 19 year old son was letting him in and talking with Jason. Jason was very kind and treated my son with respect when explaining this situation to him. He also called me just to be sure I knew what was going on. My experience with Appliance Titan and Jason in general was a superior service. I highly recommend! When it was all said and done it was only 60.00 more than quoted which i that was amazing for getting such a rough estimate and him not having had looked at it yet when he gavee a rough quote!

This is an excellent repair company. Jason came to repair our dryer, and he was professional and personable. He quickly assessed the repairs needed, ordered the part, and was back to repair the dryer the day the part arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone with home repair needs in this company's specialized areas of expertise. I plan on using Jason again in future, if the need arises.
