A&E Comfort Pros was AMAZING!!! They came out the day of when our heater went out and everyone else needed their heaters fixed too! When the furnace still was acting up, Efrain and his crew came back out and spent the time to find out what was wrong. They were so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We will be using them for any HVAC issues that arise for us. Thank you so much!!! Great company!!!!

Absolutely Recommend! Furnace not working on a holiday when it was -5° outside. They came swiftly to an emergency call. Both were very pleasant, courteous & knowledgeable. Very reasonable pricing. They solved the problem & got us warm again in no time.

A&E has been wonderful to work with from our first call. Amber at the office is super nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions. We have been in our home for 4 yrs without any issues with our heater, but just wanted a quick check to make sure we would make it through another winter. Amber scheduled us right away and was amazing and friendly. As soon as I got off the call we received an email confirming who would be coming to our home and confirming the time/date of service. They sent a pic of the technician and that was nice to know who to expect. The 2 gentleman that arrived (on time!) Were very nice and informative. Efrain and Juan let us know what they were doing and explained everything that they found. He explained the process of how the heater works and showed us a filter that might be better for our system and how it would prolong the life of the unit. We were super appreciative that he went through it all with us! Very respectful and professional group. Id recommend this company to anyone who needs anything heater/ac related. They had the best communication with us, from emails confirming appointment to when they were about to arrive, and the receipt came immediately after payment via email. I've had some companies no show or cancel or show up 2 hours late to appointments. Not this company!! They were punctual and professional. We will have them back again to do our vent cleaning. Price was great as well! Thank you to Amber and the 2 techs! Awesome experience all the way around!

We were in need of s new furnace. Solicited a few quotes and A&E had best quote. We made the right choice with them. Efrain came out same day, explained the failure, offered options but took the time to explain and educate us before making a decision.
He arrived on time for installation, stayed till done and further educated us on operation and basic maintenance.
The level of service and patience with us as customers is top notch.

A&E was able to restore our heat in a matter of a day even when parts were needed. Days before the recent snow storm moved in, the heater was non-operational. Efrain and his crew quickly assessed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and even worked on Saturday to ensure the heat was in tip top shape before the cold and snow hit. Incredible service and value!

This is a great HVAC company. Patient, knowledgeable, very clear with pricing and up front. Arrived early, spent the time needed to really figure out the system and make the necessary repairs on AC and Furnace. The two techs that were on the call were both very professional and friendly. I recommend them to anyone that needs any type of HVAC work done.

I recently hired A and E to relocate almost all of my duct work. I could not be more pleased with A and E. Efrain and I his apprentice Sergio were incredibly polite and professional. Their work was of such high quality that I almost felt bad covering it with drywall when they were done. From the very beginning, Efrain was honest and fair. He always showed up on time and left my house clean when he was finished. Amber in the office did a great job of communicating and scheduling around any conflicts (even in short notice). I am so happy to have found an honest HVAC company that I will definitely use for all my future needs. They are locally owned and operated and do business the right way. Very happy with the service we received from start to finish. Our central air unit decided to break on the hottest week of the summer so far, broken beyond repair. They were able to put in a new part that would keep the house cool for the night and they ordered and received the new unit in time to install it the very next morning. They even rearranged the schedule a bit to make us a priority. They were very prompt at getting all the documentation and photos required by our insurance company. They protected our flooring and cleaned up after themselves well beyond expectations. I would highly recommend A&E Comfort Pros. Definitely feel like they went above and beyond. A&E Comfort Pros did a great job replacing our furnace. Not only were they prompt, but they were also priced reasonably, and were willing to work with us on receiving a partial payment until our home sold. We will definitely use them for our future heating and cooling needs, and recommend them to anyone who needs these kind of services.

As always an excellent experience with A&E. For regular and maintenance and emergencies I can always count on great customer service and quality work. I recommend them to everyone. Whenever I call Amber remembers my name and is so quick to help. I feel like Efrain truly cares about our family when he works with us.

We have used A&E Comfort Pros for a couple of years now, based on a recommendation from family. In that time we couldn't be happier with the services they've provided us.

We had used a larger local, long established HVAC company prior and found thAt they were dishonest, Looking to upselL/hard sell, rEplace whole systems and uNits versus parts and repairing existing equipment. It's been a common theme with that company based on their reviews.

We had some issues with our AC late last summer and early fall. We called Efrain to have a look. He explained the issue we were having, what is causing the issue and gave us his honest opinion with multiple options from repair to replacement. With pros and cons for each option. He wasn't trying to upsell anything and offered his honest advice. We ended up going with a replacement of our unit.

Efrain & Jason installed new AC hardware, duct work, etc. replacing our old failed unit. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly from the start all the way through completion of the job. They completed the job in a timely manner, but not hurriedly. They were detailed, meticulous, and thorough in their work. The quality of work was better than expected. You could tell how good the work was from the quality of materials, to the caulking of the piping and duct work, all the way through to final cleanup of the area(s) they were working on.

A&E Comfort Pros come highly recommended. Efrain & Amber run a great business from top to bottom and start to finish. You won't be disappointed.

I've had to call A&E two separate times, and each time they were able to get someone to my house the very same day. Even on a very busy day they made the effort to get here in the evening. Efrain worked with us both times and he was a pleasure to have! He was one of the most through, honest and helpful people I've ever worked with. He took the time to explain everything, give us all of our options and make recommendations based on our situation. I truly felt he wanted to help us, and wasn't just trying to oversell us. He was compassionate, and helped us find a solution to fit our needs. The prices are very reasonable, and all the work was done much quicker than expected and was high quality. I won't call anyone else but A&E in the future!

I am so happy I decided to go with A&E! I have hired Efrain and his team twice now: once for a furnace tune-up and another time when they installed air supply and air return vents in my finished basement. They did amazing work at really fair prices. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and they are my new company for life!

Excellent customer service! Had a new A/C and furnace installed within a few days of the estimate. Quality work done in a very timely manner. They went above and beyond my expectations. Amber and Efrain were a pleasure to work with. We needed a new heating system and obtained quotes from 3 different companies. Amber's quick response and friendly service was above and beyond any of the other companies. Efrain and his son were on time, very friendly and professional, and did a great job removing our old heater and installing our new one. Wonderful customer service. I called on a Tuesday to get an estimate (which was done for free). Amber made the appointment for Thursday of that same week. Then Efrain was here that following Monday to install our AC unit. He offered to clean our furnance which ended up needing to be replaced. He was able to get one delivered that same day! Very impressed with this company! I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

I love that A&E sent me a reminder email the day before our appt, and I was impressed that I got a notification that they were on their way the day of!
