Love love love

I'm doing plumbing in these houses. These guys build a quality home! Treat yourself, don't cheat yourself and buy here!

I don't live here, But we do commercial cleaning and these houses are gorgeous with the most amazing view.... Beautiful homes tons of space for storage

We were extremely frustrated with the home buying process, weighing out buying vs building, and trying to secure something in this market. When we found Horizon View, we were amazed by the quality, style, and value. The problem was, we were begging them to take our money and yet there was no inventory for what we needed. I was surprised at how many no’s we received from Horizon View due to neighborhoods between phases, certain layouts no longer available, etc. we almost threw in the towel.
Enter John Mendoza, who ended up becoming more than a sales rep, rather a trusted advocate in our corner throughout the entire home building process and a lot of the reason we signed on.
Instead of another no, he jumped in our vision with us, took the time to understand what we truly wanted, and did what he could to get us there. As with any home being built, we encountered issues but our construction managers Anthony and Kris took time to listen to our concerns and went out of their way to personally see to it that they were addressed. Those two work so hard and yet never did they treat this like another day on the job. Any time we met with them, we were met with enthusiasm and their full attention.
This company didn’t treat us like we are one out of many fish in the sea, every person we worked with treated us like a member of their family.
The day we closed, our grass hadn’t yet been cut so Shayne, one of the other salesmen, came on his day off to mow our grass so it would look nice for when we pulled up to our new home. Didn’t get anything for it, just did it because he felt it was right. He treated us just like John did and we weren’t even his clients.
That’s the kind of integrity this company has. They’re incredible! We looked at a lot of builders and these guys are by far a step above!!

Nice homes

After being a Horizon View Home Owner for the last year in this neighborhood I am really disappointed in the warranty side of the company. I have been fighting a hot water issue since January (my 10th month mark to enter all problems before the 1 year mark), this will now be my 6th appointment for the issue (no one even responded to me between appointments 4 & 5 for 10 days.. really poor customer service.) As of today the problem is still going on because it is too hard for them to call the item defective and replace it. I've personally hired an inspector who stated the tank needed to be replaced as there is rust and mold visible on the tank and they still try to argue it. I've spoken to all of my neighbors and they have all agreed how terrible the warranty side is to work with. What good is having a home warranty if they don't honor it?
