Ethan was so helpful when I came in looking to replace just the spout of my 15-20 year old faucet. He easily could have said "no just replace the whole thing" but was invested in figuring out a solution, and Mike (the Kohler expert here) was able to identify the exact piece and we got it ordered. So grateful!

Although they didn't have the furnace ignitor I needed the gentleman at the sales counter took the time to research the part I needed and where I could find it. Super friendly service!

I have been going through a kitchen, flooring and bath remodel for a few weeks now. Because I was concerned about supply chain issues, all appliances were ordered many weeks in advance. My island downdraft vent that was supposed to be coming from the big box store with the orange label just kept getting delayed with no end in site. I even spoke with Whirlpool to find out if they could locate another unit and they said no.

My contractor called his supplier (Ferguson) and they advised that they had one in stock and I could come down and get it. I spoke with the sales guy and provided my credit card and then jumped in the car to go down to pick it up. Once there I waited what seemed like a long time at the loading doc. After a bit, a nice guy came over to tell me the item wasn't where they expected it to be and they were looking for it. After my struggles with both the big box store and the manufacturer I was preparing myself for yet another disappointment and delay. After a bit longer the nice guy came back and said they must not have the item but they would upgrade me at not charge to a different downdraft that they had in stock and I could take it home right then.

I think it is well known that Whirlpool is the manufacturer for a bunch of familiar brand names and the price goes up as the cache of the name goes up, but the items are identical save for the branding badge. That is what I went home with. The exact specs and dimensions I needed but with a fancier brand name. Thank you, Ferguson, for doing the right thing to make your customer happy. I will ALWAYS recommend your store for your employee empowerment and your customer service.

Throughout this major renovation, Lawrence gave us expert design advice and made sure to steer us toward products that fit our quality expectations and were easy to clean & maintain. With such a large project, we had a few issues along the way, and this is where Lawrence's service really shined! In these cases, our contractor noticed a defect in the fixture we ordered... we called Lawrence and within a short 1-2 days, we had a replacement delivered via overnight-FedEX. The return of the defective parts was also super easy. This has been a great experience and I am really glad we took the time to travel from southern Colorado Springs to the big showroom in Denver to meet with Lawrence and see all the great options in person. Great personalized design and purchase experience, and even better customer service when we had a few issues. Highly recommend!

Place ain't what it used to be has gone down quite a bit services sometimes they have what you need parts and sometimes they don't have the fittings you need and kind of rude last couple times I've been there, they don't know when they'll get parts in. Went over to the appliance side of the outfit to get information on a coffee maker , the guy didn't have time to get the information I neede and he's got my email and said he get back with me , how long do you think you have to wait to find out about a month service basically stinks it's a shame they have gone downhill

Purchased a nice range from them, but there were so many problems getting it delivered and installed. Many communication and scheduling issues. Continually tried speaking with managers, but none would return phone calls. Nice appliances but customer service is severely lacking.

Wanted to order all my bathroom fixtures today but really you have no sales representative available today.
