Arrived ahead of schedule, took care of both furnace error codes and advised us of opportunities to upgrade our overall mechanical solutions. Willingly spent time explaining options and answering questions.

Andre was great at figuring out an issue that was not simple and taking the time to talk with me (remotely) through the process getting the issue figured out and fixed. Taking time to work with the plumbing side of the house making sure they also understood the issues.

We have had PSI out two times so far to fix a problem with our boiler and water heating issue that started over Labor Day weekend. They were very prompt on getting Tristan out to help us. He came within 4 hours of our call on a Saturday. Tristan was able to identify the issue, provide a temporary fix so that we could get hot water until the long-term issue was fixed. Tristan was terrific to work with. We appreciated his care and help with a difficult situation.

The next visit was by Guillermo who was very good with communication throughout the process of coming to our house and explaining what was needed and why. He was prompt, friendly and professional. We would definitely use this company again

Chris was the most helpful at each and every step: he took pictures of the attic and gave a detailed account of the damages and solutions. His work was swift and efficient.

Guillermo was here to replace a valve on our heater. He did a great job! He was both timely and conscientious. He explained exactly what he was doing and followed up after the system was repressurized, ensuring his work was done correctly. I was very impressed.

John was amazing! He communicated well, quickly diagnosed the issue and he and his company charged me a fair price. Definitely recommend PSI!
