Straight forward and very professional. Willing to explain and educate. You can tell they have been doing this for a long time. Not pushy and very willing to talk about options to repair/replace but not in a “used car salesman” kind of way. Pricing is great and fair. Overall fantastic experience and you couldn’t go with a better company for your HVAC needs. Hands down 5 stars.

I called Marky Marks Heating on a Saturday night at about 8:00pm with a heating issue. Marcus (the owner) was at my house within the hour to look at it for us. After working on it for about an hour, he presented us with our options to fix it. We decided to replace the entire furnace instead of just trying to band aid it. He never once tried to push us towards a total replacement, he just presented us with all the options. Marcus and another one of his employees were at my house the next morning to install the new furnace. And this was all on super bowl Sunday! The install went great, he even repaired some issues with our A/C and humidifier. I can't thank Marcus and his company enough and I will always call them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this company, they installed our AC unit about 3 months ago and all I can say is Marcus and his crew are awesome! Ryan was very informative! Quick installation, they got there at 9 am and were done by 1 pm!

Wishing there was a 6th star to award. This was probably the best customer service I have ever received from a business. I called in on an afternoon on a holiday weekend for a non operational water heater. The Technician was at my door step within the hour I called. He then did some quick troubleshooting and identified what was wrong within 15 min. Wait it gets better it’s 4:30 pm on Memorial Weekend. My Technician called the warehouse and caught someone at the last second and was able to obtain the part I needed. So this Gentleman drives in Holiday traffic to get the part and comes back installs it in no time at all. My wife and 3 girls are happy and I’m out of the dog house. I have never in my life had a business go out of their way to make a customer happy like that. Thank you Gentlemen very much. You guys definitely raised the standards for customer service.

Mark was the first person to call me back after leaving messages for several companies in the early morning hours. He scheduled my appointment right away for the same day and arrived on time. He explained everything and pointed out exactly what the problem was (multiple issues) and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. They are my new go to for any plumbing, heating and air conditioning issues. OUTSTANDING!

Our water heater went out on a Thursday night. We called Friday moring and Marky Mark's went and got the necessary special materials to do a tankless install early Saturday morning. This despite them being booked out for two weeks! How did they do it? The owner Mark put off a day planned with HIS family because he knew our large family didn't have hot water. Together with a member if his team, they were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the new water heater, but even more so with the services received. We will gladly use them again in the future.

We just purchased a used home and we had some concerns about the two furnaces, A/C units and the whole home humidifier. Ryan came out to the house and explained our systems in detail while completing a deep clean and inspection. Ryan was knowledgeable and honest about what items may need attention in the future. The price was fair and the customer service was great. I would highly recommend Marky Mark's Heating for your next HVAC need.

Had Ryan and Dillon back to our house today 10/8/20 to complete please some home inspection items before selling our home. They went above and beyond. They even recommended a better design diverter box for the attic furnace so the new home owners wouldn't have the same problem down the road. I still recommend these guys for your HVAC needs.

Our water heater went out. We called Marky Mark Heating and they gave us pricing up front and told us our options for a new one. They came out the next day and did an amazing job with a new tankless water heater. Love these guys prompt, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

Our tech was Ryan, he changed his day up to come out for a same day call (big deal for us because we have a little baby) and was there early in the morning. He diagnosed the furnace and determined it was the circuit board. He offered to replace it but recommended the new furnace due to it being about 23 years old. He was honest and gave us all the options for parts and the new furnace and was willing to go with whatever we thought was best. We went with the new furnace and they helped us with financing and installed the new furnace the next day! They were very efficient and exceeded our expectations. Marcus followed up to ask if we had any questions. Everything looks great and I will use them for all my hvac needs. Thanks again!

LOOK NO FURTHER...THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH!!!I I called Marky Mark Heating and spoke directly w Marcus today about our furnace not working. I figured he'd send someone out in the next few days with it being cold and tis the season for furnace breakdowns. He told me he'd have someone here within the hour. What? Ryan (this great personable guy) showed up as promised. Our furnace was 20 years old and Ryan thoroughly explained the problem...made perfect sense as my Google skills were in action self diagnosing the night before. Expensive fix because the parts needed were not used in new units and we felt not worth putting any money into the ancient beast...so we decided to replace the unit. Marcus personally delivered the unit, and Ryan and Dave installed. Old positioning of the unit was not up to code so these guys repositioned, re-piped and re-worked the space to code all today! We now have heat! And at a fair price! I'm impressed, grateful and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these honest, hard working, ethical men! Great guys! Great work! Thank you again!

Great company to work with. All of our options explained in a way I could easily understand. Marcus had lots Knowledge of equipment. Responsive to concerns. Did a beautiful job. Have used him in the past, would recommend him to anyone else and would use him again. Fast service too.

Thank you Ryan! Me and my pops where inside of my furnace looking to do some maintenance. We were inspecting the ignitor and flame sensor. During this process we ended up accidentally cutting one of the power cables on the inside of the furnace. Since i am no expert on furnaces. I called several places looking for someone to be able to come out and repair it on a Sunday. They were the only company available to come out same day. While Ryan was at my home, he was very professional. He even answered some of my questions about replacing my current water heater for a tank-less unit. Marcus, Mike and Ryan came out to install a new furnace at my mother's house. They did a great job. They were out at her house on time, quickly and efficiently installed her new furnace and even finished half an hour under their estimate. They even took the time to explain how her new thermostat works. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to get Ryan as my tech, to clean/inspect my furnace and central ac unit, as i am selling my condo, and my furnace especially was getting up in age. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, and has no problem explaining everything to questioning people such as myself. Was an absolute joy to work with, but the best part about the whole scenario, he is NOT a salesman. He was very straightforward as to what the readings on his instruments meant, the overall shape of my furnace, and what OPTIONS I had moving forward. No pressure at all, which is a great thing. Due to my tight timeline, I was not able to compare prices at several companies, but the price I paid for a service call for both my furnace and ac unit, and a deep cleaning of my furnace (which he did an amazing job at btw), was about what I would expect to pay. The honest no pressure approach makes it worth every penny, as do the discounts I get if/when I utilize Marky Mark's again for service/repair on my furnace in the near future. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing furnace or ac inspection/repair.

These guys Rock! Professional yet easy going...They gave us multiple options and took the time to explain them(not common). Amongst multiple quotes they seemed the most knowledgeable. We definitely will be keeping their number close when we're ready for our Furnace and A/C upgrade. Would... & Will recommend to family and friends!

Ryan was prompt and beyond helpful. We are a new homeowner and I learned so much throughout his visit! Received an immediate follow up call to an online request I placed over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Marcus took the time to answer all my questions and provided additional information to help me make an informed decision. His preliminary estimate seemed in line with other professionals and if his service/workmanship is anything like his responsiveness you couldn't go wrong.
