The tech with North Metro Plumbing (I believe he was Paul) just left our house and he did a great job. We showed him the video of what we thought were pipes rattling badly and it was actually a valve that was going out causing a rattling noise that sounded like it was going to break thru the walls. He was prompt, courteous, and answered any questions my husband had. Thank you for the quick repair and service! They were recommended to us by a friend so I didn’t really call around but the price they charged us seemed to be fair and they didn’t gouge us. Definitely recommend them and I’ll be using them for any future repairs!

Paul was recommended by a friend. Paul responded to the inquiry immediately, was at the property the next morning, provided a very competent and detailed assessment, had the material needed for the job in his truck, completed the job in a few hours, and even educated me with how to get the most effective and efficient use out of the appliances. Would give Paul more stars if Google allowed.

I called up Paul for a possible leaking toilet. He verified the problem and re-seated it quickly with a new wax ring. He even took the time to answer some random plumbing questions after he was done. He's up front with his prices and seems really trustworthy, I'll definitely call him again when the next thing breaks.

I called Applewood and wasn't impressed then I called North metro due to a recommendation and If you need a plumber this is your guy to call! Do not shop around because he is the best in Thornton . My grandmas house needed some work done and Paul came highly recommended. He had to jack hammer the floor and all, he fixed the problem within a day . He also showed me other pipes that needed to be fixed and replaced them as well. Paul is honest, trustworthy and damn good at his job .

I was referred to North Metro Plumbing to fix a tankless water heater job that was done by another plumber who by the way left everything incorrect and unsafe/dangerously for my family. Paul was not only very profesional but also knew what he was doing unlike the other plumber. Paul was very caring and made sure my family and I were safe and that the job got done correctly. Great experience with Paul. His pricing was fair, he quickly and professionally installed the toilet, pointed out an issue that I'll need to take care of in the future, but didn't 'pressure' me to get it fixed immediately. I will definitely use him again, and highly recommend his services.
