I hired Chad to do my home inspection, and he did a fantastic job. Very professional, checked everything he could get access to (given my unit is a condo), and walked me through potential issues. He was also very adamant that I could come back to him with questions or if I needed referrals or tips for any work that I want to get done. Very friendly, will definitely work with him again in the future.

Chad was great- extremely thorough and professional. He found things the builders missed that we are now able to submit to our builder before the 1-year warranty is up. Chad walked us through the entire report to make sure we understood each thing he observed. He has also inspected many other homes in our neighborhood built by the same company. We highly recommend him!

Chad was great! He did our inspection on short notice and even arrived earlier than we did to get a head start. He was thorough in his inspection and gave us lots of tips on how to maintain the home. We booked a home inspection with Chad based on the awesome reviews he had and he surpassed our already high expectations. We are first time home buyers, so the process has made us pretty nervous, but Chad helped make us feel so much more comfortable. He was up front about everything, professional, and positive.
